Guident going to have a market cap of £100 million plus easily. 4 times our current market cap so that gives us about a £1 value. Add Bell going from strength to strength for another £30 million value of our stake and that’s £1.25.

Solarius and Lucyd? Must be another 50p plus value. No wonder big buying this week. All aboard cause the value train leaving soon! Have a good weekend all those who have been getting in at ground level.

More than possible. Bellascura stake alone could be worth a quarter of that by then and 3 other companies which easily could have market caps between 50-100 million.

Colin Bird, Executive Chairman said: "The Phase 2 drilling programme at the Racecourse deposit is now well under way at two sites. The first completed hole, BRDD-21-008, encountered strongly developed copper mineralisation, as anticipated. Drilling of the initial hole at the second drill pad is still continuing and we will report on this hole when completed. Work on site continues to progress rapidly and the third hole of the programme has already commenced."

Prefer the herd doesn’t notice ye5 as still chance to load up further ready for the next RNS which is probably going to blow the doors off!

When the boss hinted of ‘frothy’ valuations out there at the moment and we are in the big future markets of autonomous vehicles, electric cars, health salt reduction and designer high end digital eyewear, I sense a very large bid coming for one or more of the companies.

Add Bell which is already going from strength to strength and a £1 valuation may look very conservative. Good luck all.

Matters not. They are selling like hot cakes anyway and lining up to be sold or IPO.

Next IPO or sale of Lucyd, Guident or Solarius imminent with quote ‘frothy’ valuations quoted by the CEO. Still very very cheap.

Times article - just a small piece that the Lucyd brand ambassador Richard Sherman has been dropped after apparently getting arrested and charged. New ambassador being appointed.

So non story but any publicity and all that!

Just started researching this company. Looks interesting. Can LTH’s assist. Looks like market cap is circa £7 million and yet they have raised circa £10 million at 2p recently. Have I got that right?

Step forward the answer to reducing salt intake with same flavour for all major manufacturers….,Solarius who we own 100% of and will be IPO or sold soon and proceeds returned to shareholders. Wakey wakey market.

Following my thoughts on the CEO being at pains to remind us in webinar that it may not be an IPO for one or all of our companies and that stateside the market is ‘frothy’, what money that one of our companies has already been approached with a big offer? Just a thought as we start to climb.

So the current value of TEK’s stake in BELL is worth circa £11.7 million at today’s prices. Our total market cap is tiny at circa £22 million and that’s without Guident, Solarius and Lucyd!

Next news on sale/IPO on any or all of the other companies due at any time. No wonder the MM’s keep trying to drop the price to get stock then mark up. Huge recreate coming IMHO.

Watched the webinar again and CEO was at pains to correct interviewer that it may not just be an IPO for each company but a trade sale also considered.

He also seemed beaming when he mentioned that valuations etc are 'a bit frothy' right now and an article today in the Mail was talking about US takeovers of UK companies with great inventions etc.

Put that together and how about a takeout of Solarius or Guident or Lucyd or all with a 'frothy' offer. Either way this is going multiple of where we are soon.
