The easy answer is we don’t know at the moment. We do know how the model works with us being plugged in to universities worldwide.

Given our current 4 companies are the focus now with sale/float of all coming, my suggestion is as stated namely I think the float of Bellascura in a couple of weeks followed by special dividend will be followed by sale of Lucyd with another special dividend.

Solarius floats with another dividend and finally we reverse into Guident giving a stock market quote bringing in huge revenue whilst developing other IP opportunities from universities.

Whichever route this all takes we know the value is multiple of today’s price hence the momentum upward movement.

So fabulous news coming as we realise the value of our portfolio and receive special dividend payments worth multiple of current price.

But how do we then move on to the next phase? So just a thought.

Bellascura we sell our stake (or part stake) when the price is right after float this month and pay a special dividend worth current share price.

Sell Lucyd to a tech/glasses company - another special dividend.

Solarius - IPO same as Bellascura - another special dividend.

Guident is left which we own 100%. What about we float it and become Guident with the IP links with universities as part of the business. Value of old TEK many multiples of today’s price.

Just a thought.

Well what a lovely surprise!

An interview with our CEO where the whole strategy is set out - going to float/sell all 4 of our hugely valuable companies within 2 years.

Now the first one announces with Bellascura float as soon as the end of this month. Market cap expected on opening to be circa £50-55 million but doesn’t mean we sell straightaway. The market for oxygen is truly massive so expect a market cap of perhaps £150 million plus.

Who is to say TEK takes part in the placing to maintain stake at 23% and the value to TEK on Bellascura alone will be circa 30p plus.

Step up next Solarius which must be ready to go to market too.

So as I thought. The companies will be sold/floated. Each company is in billion dollar industries.

Just like Braveheart did with RMS there will be a number of special dividends worth multiples of this ludicrous share value of circa £13 million cap. CEO clearly amused by short term impatient investors who are not seeing the bigger picture.

As promised, I contacted Borelli Walsh as they were suggested as being the receivers. I got the following response,

Dear Sir

We are not the receivers of G3E (the "Company").

On 13 October 2020, by order of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the "Court") the Company was moved from being in provisional liquidation to full official liquidation.
Mr Alexander Lawson and Mr Christopher Kennedy of Alvarez & Marsal are the joint official liquidators ("JOLs") of the Company. Upon appointment of the JOLs, all powers of management of the assets, property and business of the Company vest in the JOLs.

Got it yesterday after they wanted to know how many shares I hold and through whom I purchased.

To be fair I received the following response....

‘ G3 Exploration Limited (In Official Liquidation) (the “Company”)

As you are aware, the Company is in Official Liquidation and is a holding company with several subsidiary entities beneath it, some of which ultimately hold assets. The recovery of any proceeds to the Company that would enable the liquidators to pay stakeholders in the required order of priority, as established by Cayman Islands law, is entirely dependent upon the level of realisations achieved at subsidiary entities. Those subsidiary entities are not under our control, but under the control of secured creditors who exercised their rights to appoint a Receiver and it remains highly uncertain as to what level, or when, proceeds will ultimately reach the Company.

We will let you know as and when there are any material developments.

Yep. They will declare a dividend of x pence per share held and also state how much they are keeping in the coffers.
