Times business section today has a story entitled ‘Smart glasses come into view’. Although talking about the Facebook and Zuckerberg desire to get to augmented reality with smart eyewear it also mentions that smart glasses are the ‘next thing’ and massive money being ploughed into this market with Apple, Samsung, Amazon, Microsoft and Google all wanting a slice.

Lucyd has the big hitters in management of eyewear industry with style and practicality important to consumers. So what price one of the mentioned big cheeses wanting to do a joint venture/buyout of Lucyd?

My £1 target looking way too conservative! Could get news on Guident launch of control centre in Florida this week too and the launch of Microsalt commercial products direct to consumer. Looking fab and not just our glasses which are more than half full!

We are selling/IPO all 4 businesses we own which should give special dividends to us of well over £1 a share. Our CEO is in the money from 50p onwards.

No news on other investments coming down the line which feels like we going to maximise the sale of our assets which are worth way more than share price.

Enter a 3% new shareholder who would benefit from the realisation of our assets and then reverse a company into TEK having increased their holding even more in coming days/weeks?

Yes Bad looks like Lucyd next up to IPO and imminent given the fantastic board appointments etc.

So much news coming with Solarius launching salt products etc and Guident going live with control centre this month coming. The big wave up is coming and folk loading up in advance.

I did say that about 8p was the right entry point on this share after the last big dip. It rose briefly and sharply back up so waited and now got my 8.4p price in.

Pure gamble this share but Helium is clearly there and now just a case of them informing the market they have managed to find it in a meaningful trap. Share is a traders dream too. I do think the market again has shown its impatience in wanting the immediate discovery. Patience could see this make folks very rich hence I’m now in. Good luck all.

There just seems so much suspicion and lack of confidence in this share. Minor purchases by directors viewed as cynical attempt to drive price up no doubt hence no movement in price. For all the contracts, hoped for contracts etc over many years it is still loss making and keeps asking for more money.
