I remember the Wyloo thing too. So…then with that logic, Newmont’s 10% will have been bought by Wyloo for 7.4p and then sold for the secondary offering at 15p+? I mean it makes sense. Why would Wyloo not do this if it was possible? Free money

Oooh…wonder who’s getting their hands on Newmont’s 10% then…? It’s good to get them off the share registry without them selling to the open market. They were never gonna stay for long so this is great way to help them move on 👍

Another eventful week in the life of a GGP shareholder 😂🤷‍♂️ What will the stork bring us next week…things are gonna start to hot up over the next two weeks…and let’s hope it carries on in the right direction.

One mild annoyance…can we please stop talking about ATH’s (all time highs) with regards to share price. It doesn’t work that way!!! We’ve already surpassed it where it matters (mcap). The share price is just a byproduct of that and incomparable over time.

Just out of curiosity…we’ve had years of chat about haulage and how we are getting the ore from

Havieron to Telfer, or even Minyari for that matter (currently closer, but harder to access than Havieron).

Drone capabilities are currently changing rapidly. A quick google tells you their carrying capacity can reach 100kg. 500 drones could feasibly carry 50 tonnes a trip. Seems a simple way to transport ore without needing infrastructure.

Bulk selling is always at a lower price in all department, shares are no different. The price could be anything, but if you want to sell a relatively large number at once, it’ll be a lot lower than the current sell price. (Good to keep in mind for your future actions folks)

Yep…am with Interactive Investor too and never had any issues. They cover ASX companies too and you can buy them in your ISA.

Yeah, I’ve tempered my expectations till ASX now, as I think their “possible listing price” has pretty much put a stop to any crazy SP increase till then. We just need to sit and wait again.

I think the shares will be interchangeable between exchanges. There won’t be a specific amount linked to either exchange.

20 shares or less has a value of £2.60. If you’re with any major broker, the transaction costs are more than that, so just let them go. It’s cheaper.

Wyloo are investors…not a production company and they don’t want to be either….the last two companies they took over had issues and they stepped in. Chances are they’ve found or will find someone to run it for them. They do not want to become a miner of any sort.

If you believe a bid will come fine, but it won’t be from Wyloo. I fully expect GGP to go on and become what Shaun set out to become…”a multi-asset, multi-commodity miner…”

What a crazy Sunday board :-) As Timber just posted, SD addresses the latest RNS (relinquishing put options) in the Sunday Roast. (Approx. 26:10-28:00 minutes in).

It was written in the RNS as well to be fair. “It’s a necessity for the ASX as they believe director options to be unfair due to being very short-termist.” (Eg get the price up by any way to hit those options and make money in 12-18-24 months etc.) It’s not the best practice if you really think about it, so this is another pro of being on the ASX.

SD then goes on to say instead of pocketing the money they’re going to reinvest 50% in GGP and aligning themselves even more with shareholders.

I thought the RNS was another good one when it came out and after Sunday Roast, it makes it even better. All this talk of takeovers and Wyloo is miles away from the business plan.

Never a dull moment with GGP 😂 Least we can say we don’t have a boring share!
