Anything under 0.5% is not reportable. There could be a few just under 0.5% until over it will not be reported. So as I said they could have been sat at 0.499999 but decided to increase so it is reportable. This is how it works with shorting and fca reporting. There is sadly no way to know (just like with tr1) to show when they started shorting and what days they increased.
