Yeh they have lost a lot this year shorting, they went after dddd in December at lows and lost a lot but then many there said that was doen to help fill positions as the share price started to rise over 30% could be same plan here

You have also got a particular short that is going to have to buy 2m shares to close out, aka 3.1m worth at current prices. That is going to be some scramble. They are conviction shorts. Saw it with nova and dddd getting burnt. Expect same here.

The moment we get a leak of first us dose this will do 12% in matter of mins like last Monday into close when it was NT NT. the dosing in the U.K. started started last Monday. My money is it on starting somewhere today and update/media this week.

They did last Monday they shook it on open. 10mins later back flat then blue then. Closed 12% up. Take that again as that be 180.

Sometimes their hands our tied until given official government/fda clearance as they want to announce the news first. So even if they wanted to rns it they maybe contractually obliged with ndas until official US announcement

Seems that the thermofisher link got some interest. This is why I say as soon as US dosing begins and media the US investors/traders will be all over synairgen rising it higher.

I am so impressed by the board and the way they are going about business covering all bases correctly. From getting Parexel a major for the trial to help. All bases covered from U.K. to fda to major pharmas to future manufacturing capacity/scalability even to the media exposure/campaign. Massive tick in my investment box is the board.

Yep what i thought, i knew about catalent, never knew about thermofisher. Thermofisher is new, i googled everywhere for links previously and none. Very nice to get in with thermofisher. They are a monster in the covid world - current mcap of $200bn. They are active in the market for acquisitions too. They were going to pay $10.7bn for qiagen earlier in the year (ok a diagnostic company) but qiagen said no, not enough. So shows they have big pockets and again there is a lot of acquisition in the pharmaceutical market with companies with big pockets.

I just always like to research/dig/see where info goes. Never know what you find. I did it with nova finding little likes/snippets - sometimes dead ends but sometimes leads to finding little unearthed gems before official market news.

Yeh that was the only thing i could think, that the trial is being "sprinted" expedited due to urgent need. Anyway good to see it in a new hospital as Bournemouth was not part of the 9 hospitals that took part in phase 2, so good to see more hospitals joining and participating.

As many may know I was early in nova and been bullish for a long while. Still am. I was in synairgen at 27p first on covid then again 70p and again now. For me the reason why I am so bullish about synairgen is simple on two fronts. Fda US backing nova hasn’t nailed the US market just U.K And testing market is saturated and price competitive. Synairgen looks like it could nail the US market and have the backing hence it would give it massive value plus it seems one of the most promising therapeutics not just for covid but respiratory disease going forward. Given current mcap on potential reward this has more legs now imo yes maybe slightly riskier but I feel the odds are very good especially with news of other trials like plasma failing. Sng has 79% success.
