If my analysis of today’s RNS is correct and for the 5 days at the end of June we were producing 6.32 tons per day then in July which has 22 working days we will produce 139.04 tons and in Q3 we will produce over the 65 working days 410.8 tons - and that’s without any further improvements.

I really believe that we are now finally on our way mate ;-)

There’s a way to go before we become profitable mate.

The plan is to hit full production by the end of the year, and either then or with a bit of luck before then, to refinance the blackrock loan, which we should be able to do once we can show sufficiently increasing production over a few months, my guess would be that we would have a chance of beginning the process of refinancing in the next few months with completion towards the end of the year.

If we get refinanced at circa 6% by year end, and if we are hitting our 225 tons per month production target, and of course if the tin and tungsten prices remain as they are or rise further, then our income will exceed our expenditure next year.

There’s a lot of ifs in the above, but hitting the production target is key, and we are now heading towards it.

I take it back, there’s more than one thing wrong with your last post - the maths are wrong too, 6.32 x 30 = 189.6 tons per month x 12 = 2275.2 tons per year !

The target for T2 was and is 225 tons per month 2700 tons per year - I have no idea where you got your supposed FID figure from but it is completely wrong !

There’s only one thing wrong with what you’ve posted - you are presuming that the rate we produced at for 5 days in June is the maximum rate that we can achieve, whereas if you had read all of the RNS’s you would know that we are at the start of the ramp up period, not the end !

I will be glad when you are happy again, and even more glad when I’m back to my break even level.

It’s just that I, and I think quite s few other long term investors, many of whom have very large holdings and higher averages than you, get just a tad fed up with your moaning mate.

We all invested based upon what we expected to happen which was based upon what we were told, none of us expected, the steel issues, the plant issues, the covid issues or the flooding issues, but most of us simply don’t see how mining about it on a regular basis helps, in fact it can easily be argued that constantly moaning about it could put of prospective investors and that it is therefore counter productive, at least until our production improves significantly.

Anyway as I said I will be happy when your happy ;-)

Having taken a further look we produced a total of 130.2 tons for the quarter minus the 55.6 tons in June = 74.6 tons from 1st April until the mine was closed for the 10 days in May, that means that in April and May when we were working on low - medium grade ore we were producing 2 tons per day.

In June we only worked 17 days, and as you pointed out only a maximum of 5 of those days was on the higher grade ore, so, if we presume that in the first 12 days of June we were still producing at 2 tons per day = 24 tons then on the tensing 5 days working on the high grade ore we produced 31.6 tons and that = 6.32 tons per day.

If the above is correct and we are now producing at 6.32 tons per day then that’s 31.6 tons per 5 day week - and that’s a marked improvement ;-)

I entirely agree mate, that’s why I said that the figures I quoted were based on the 3.27 tons per day, but that I expected more than that.

Let’s hope that we are right ;-)

From the 8th of June to the 30th of June there were 17 working days excluding the weekends, we produced 55.6 tons of concentrate which is just over 3.27 tons per working day.

If we continue with the same production rate From the 1st of July till the 31st of July there are 22 working days and at just over 3.27 tons per day that’s circa 72 tons of production.

If we continue at 3.27 tons per day for Q3 and remain on a 5 day week there are 65 working days which equals production of a little over 212 tons for the quarter.

If we get the above we will be fine, but I am expecting that we will do better than 3.27 tons per day and therefore better than 72 tons for July and 212 tons for Q3.

Time will tell but just a small increase in what was our exit run rate for June would push up the production nicely.

Onwards and upwards from here with only the final tranche of the Atlas money to be converted to temporarily slow us down.

If the SP holds or moves up I expect that atlas will do their final conversion within the next 15 days so as to achieve the lowest SP of circa 6.85 minus their 5%

That might lead to a new low and you might be able to buy back cheaper than you sold for, but when we get the figures for July in early August and they show a big improvement the SP will go up significantly mate.

The post you refer too was reposted on here yesterday on two occasions, but, inexplicably removed, I really don’t understand why LSE staff would remove posts that informed legitimate investors about the nasty and if true, illegal attempts to manipulate share prices, it’s very strange !

I wonder if your post and my response will be reported by anyone and then removed by LSE ?

Exactly right, I would only add that there is obviously a far greater risk that a mutation that is resistant to the vaccines will develop when the number of infections is rising and forecast to hit 100,000 per day next month, and a mutation that is vaccine resistant may well also pose s far more serious risk to younger people.

The average age of those in hospital is now the lowest that it has been since the start of the pandemic, and it will get worse thanks to bojos decision to open up fully from next Monday!
