So, if there were 22 working days in July and we were already hitting the necessary run rate of 4.463 tons per day, July’s production figure would need to be 98.2 tons, which is well below the average guesses from all of those who have participated.

Whilst I still think we may get 110 tons or more, the fact is that if we get 98.2 tons we will be doing really well as we will be fully on target to hit the Shard forecast of 910 tons for the year, which would be great because as tin is more than 50% above and tungsten more than 10% above Shards forecast we will have a significantly larger income than Shard expected.

Things are looking up, I can’t wait to see the actual production figures ;-)

To get to 910 tons for the year we need to produce another 687.4 tons divided by 154 (working days in H2) = an average of 4.463 tons per day.

The next RNS is going to be very interesting and is eagerly awaited ;-)

Well we will have to agree to disagree regarding this months production figures as I do believe that the fact that we are mining in the high grade ore areas will enable a significant increase in production.

That said, providing that we achieve production for the year of 880 tons or more this months production doesn’t really matter too much, providing of course that it’s up and not down on a prorated basis against June.

We don’t have long to wait to find out my guess is that in 2 weeks time we will know.

I firmly believe that WRES will become a mid tier miner and that you will end up with a profit when they do mate, I certainly hope so and wish you well, I too am well underwater but expect that to change in the coming months.

But in answer to your question I won’t be selling until I believe that WRES have realised their potential mate.

It makes you wonder if a large buy is being filled in the background, because the 360k buys versus the 250k sells would not seem to warrant the increase in the SP.

Total 2529.9 divided by 23 = an average expectancy of 109.9956 tons (I would be happy if we achieved that, it’s about as close as you could get to my 110 ton guess ;-) )

Yes I know it’s great news that the tin price is more than 50% above what we need and the tungsten price is more than 10% above what we need to achieve the income expected for this year.

Of course the other components are the tin and tungsten production levels but I am feeling very hopeful that we will beat the 910 tons that Shard had as the annual production figure in their report ;-)

If as Bermuda posted yesterday tungsten is at $303 per mtu, then we are more than 16% above the expected level of $260 ;-)

And the price has been at or above $260 since the Shard report was issued ;-)

And tin has been well above the $23,000 per ton level since the Shard report was issued ;-)

The prices are good we just now need proof of production at or above the levels required to reach the 880 - 1000 tons forecast for the year.

I didn’t know that mate, If we don’t need to discount the period from 25th - 31st December, then that would mean that the averages that we need per day to reach either the 880 or 1000 ton levels would be reduced, which means that we have an even better chance of hitting the companies published target production levels ;-)

We produced 222.6 tons in H1.

By my reckoning presuming 5 day working until the end of September then 7 day working until 24th December and shutting down for Christmas, there will be 154 working days in H2.

To get to 880 tons for the year we need to produce another 657.4 tons divided by 154 = an average of 4.27 tons per day.

To get to 1000 tons for the year we need to produce another 777.4 tons divided by 154 = an average of 5.05 tons per day.

So if we manage circa 94 tons for July we are on target for at least 880 tons for the year and if we manage circa 110 tons we are on target for at least 1000 tons for the year.

Not too long to wait to find out now.

One last big push on production and hopefully the monthly figures for the 22 working days of July will show a large increase on the 55.6 tons produced in the 17 working days of June.

If we only managed to produce at the same average rate of 3.2705 tons per day then we will have produced 71.95 tons, however as we all know for the first 12 days in June (at least) we were only working on low / medium grade ore and at best we were working on the high grade ore for 5 days, so to me the likelihood of us producing in excess of 100 tons is very high.

I’m sticking with my 110 tons but will be very happy if that proves to be an underestimation ;-)
