Bobtree,
the first paragraph of the RNS states:-
"W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), the tungsten, copper and gold exploration and development company with assets in Spain and Portugal, is pleased to confirm it has drawn down the second tranche of US$21.875m from the term loan from funds managed by BlackRock, following satisfaction of the conditions precedent, and issued warrants equal to 5% of the current fully diluted share capital."
I accept that in the next paragraph it states 307,605,430 million, BUT come on no one in their right mind is going to take that as being anything other than a simple mistake clearly it should have been simply 307,605,430 or 307 million, 605 thousand, 430 shares, which = 5%
I cannot see the regulator bothering with such an obvious mistake, if it were indeed 307,605,430 million shares that had been issued it clearly would not be 5% of our issued share capital would it !
There are many types of people, for example there are optimists, pessimists, and realists.
I am a realist with optimistic tendancies, (so clearly, thank goodness, and for the avoidance of any doubt, not a real realist) how about you mate ?
