Then our ebitda would be $200 per MTU and with production at 270,000 MTU per year which equals 22,500 MTU per month our earnings would be $4,500,000 per month which is $54,000,000 per year. WRES current market valuation is circa £23,000,000 or $25,500,000 so our ebitda for 1 year will be more than double the current market valuation - the current SP is ludicrous and it cannot stay at these levels much longer, facts are facts the kit is arriving and being installed we are well on our way to production.

It is a sell if you look at the time of the trade and the mid market price at that time you can see that it is definitely a sell, but because it was late reported I.e. Not reported at the actual time if the sell, which is why it shows up on the list of buts and sells after earlier timed buys, it is not included in the totals of buys and sells on this website. In any event the reality is that there have been pretty much as many WRES shares bought as sold today hence why the mud market price has again not moved. Hope this helps.

A ten million sell out of 5.3 billion shares what a massive sell off. Which school did you, sorry silly me, which school are you attending RR, because frankly they clearly need to be put into special measures regarding the teaching of mathematics !!!!! Let me enlighten you a massive sell of might be deemed to have occurred if say 10% of the companies shares had been sold in the case of WRES that would be 530 million not 10 bloomin million, you really are clutching at straws in your attempts to deramp. If as some believe you are paid to do this then frankly you should be sacked. I pity you.

2cv I agree it's really an irrelevance if like most of us long term holders the intention is to hold for production and beyond to dividends

L200 0.4155 was above the mid market price at the time of the trade so was far more likely a buy. But whatever even if it was a sell that would make a total of 3 x 3 million sells in two weeks when there are 5.3 billion shares in issue.

Just one ither observation, having just checked back there have only been two 3 million sells over the last two weeks one was last Friday and may have been a swap into an isa as there was a butt at close to the same time, and the other was on the Tuesday if the week before, so, I think that this seller is more than likely finished now

Kev If it's different accounts in different names processed by different staff over many many weeks I doubt they would notice, but more importantly I don't think they would care because they are making money from every sale and will no doubt be thinking that they have plausible deniability in the unlikely event that any statutory authority subsequently decides to investigate.

Kev, it implies that the accounts are held with the same company that is dealing with the same market maker, so for instance multiple accounts held in different names with say for arguments sake lloyds share dealing service might well mean that sales nearly always go through one market maker. It has to be sales from numerous different accounts because of the requirements that are placed on anyone and any company / investment house, whatever, to notify the market when the relevant thresholds are crossed.

I think that Kev is spot on, it is most likely someone who has bought a large amount of shares in various accounts through relatives and friends thereby keeping below the radar, selling at 0.42 or better gives him a profit and allows him to maintain any options / warrants that he took up at 0.42. Of course if the authorities found out they would be less than pleased but would find it very difficult to prove that one person is controlling multiple accounts in different names. In the great scheme of things it will make no long or even medium term difference it is simply holding back the SP short term, and that may also be because he has friends with cash that want to buy in. One thing is for certain we are progressing day by day and week by week towards production and nothing in the medium term will stop the SP from rerating over the next few months.

I believe that the 30 day period will be up over this weekend, making Monday next week the first day when MM could announce the gold news. This is based on the fact that whilst MM told the company about the share dealing on 7-8-18 and they announced it via an RNS on the 8-8-18 the actual dealing was done in 3-8-17 which was 4weeks or 28 days ago today. Next week is therefore looking good for the news.

We all know that the SP is due a significant rise. Keep posting your drivel RR, it always gives me a laugh and more often than not your posts are followed by a good RNS.

Jaf I understand where you are coming from I too have previously been taken in by a CEO and lost a substantial amount. I never however had the faith in that previous company or CEO that I have in WRES and this CEO, I hope and firmly believe that WRES will deliver production and the profits that will bring next year. Time of course will tell.

It's the last week of August and MM told us we would get the GOLD RNS in July / August. His trading and the need for 30 days to pass before any major announcement could be made always meant that we would not get an RNS until at least this week. It is interesting to note how many buys have gone through in comparison to sells today, the last time that happened we got an RNS the next day, it's almost as though there had been a leak (or possibly a cucumber Bob) I will be very surprised if we do not have news by Friday. Good luck all long term holders slowly but surely we are getting there.

Every day is a day closer to production, all of the pieces of the la parilla jigsaw are gradually and carefully being put together, the tungsten price is still more than 30% higher than the price that the FID was built upon, the SP will begin to adjust soon.
