RE: What would be good for us now3 Jan 2019 07:19
When we were at the TPI event the question about at what level II investors have to declare their holdings was raised and the guy from TPI made it clear that 10% is the limit.
Given that the total placement was well under 10% of the issues shares, Miton would not need to declare their holding.
In my honest opinion there is absolutely nothing surprising or worrying about a few million shares being bought and sold we have 5.8 billion shares in issue so a few 2.5 million sells are a drop in the ocean, there are many people who will have bought at a lower level and who fir whatever reason may need some cash, there are those who will have options from previous placings who may want to hedge their investment, and some of them may have the right to buy but not have the cash without selling some of their current holdings, so all in all don't fret about a few million share changing hands it's perfectly normal even when full production is now just three months away, just sit back relax and wait a little longer, our time will come.
Good luck all long term holders this year will be the start of a seriou rerate for WRES and the following two or three years will see us massively higher and with no debt (listen to Michaels answer the the question I posed at the TPI event)
