Kev I couldn't agree more with the concept of using the grant to buy more land and create another mine. As I understand it the geology of that region lends itself to the very likely discovery of far more tungsten and if we are to be a mid tier miner in the years to come we need to lay the foundations for that now, and not let others steal our opportunities. Regua can be funded from la parillas profits but new deposits need to be acquired as soon as we are able to secure them in order to secure a long term future for WRES. Some investors may be hoping to simply double their money and then get out and that's fine but I think that there are a fair few of us that can see that the returns from a long term mid tier miner will far outstrip short term gains. Each to their own we all have our own views and priorities. Good luck all long termers.

Egg chaser The 5 million was kevs late reported buy but it showed as a sell today purely because at the time it was published the mid market price was above the selling price at the actual time ofcthectrade on Friday afternoon if you go back through the sells for Friday you will see that 0.497 buys went through both before and after the actual time of kevs but mate

Democracy and peoples views of what is and what is not democratic depends on their own perspective at the time, so we have some people who state that we had a referendum and that no matter what the people's decision must be upheld, we have others who believe that when they voted in the referendum that they and in fact all voters were misled because they were told that the NHS would get an extra £350,000,000 a week, that the uk could negotiate a deal that gave us all of the benefits of being in the EU but without the costs and restrictions, and then of course we have a PM who whilst she insists that democracy would be damaged unless we leave the EU, obviously didn't feel that democracy would be damaged when she called a general election after only 18 months into a supposedly fixed 5 year parliament, because she mistakenly thought that it would strengthen her government ! As I said everyone has their own opinion based on their own perspective and for what it is worth my opinion is that the people should decide on wether they want (1) the deal on the table (2) no deal but leave anyway or (3) stay in the EU because at least this time people would be voting on the facts and not on the lies ! And that would be true and real democracy.

Andy That's very cautious but what it shows is that the current SP is ridiculously low and that it cannot stay where it is once serious levels of production Are achieved

Ponfeigh If someone bought 4,200,000 at 0.28 and then sold those shares yesterday at 0.485 they made a tidy profit and if they have warrants to buy 4,200,000 at 0.42 they have guaranteed themselves a profit no matter what happens to the SP between now and when the warrants either have to be exercised or will cease to be valid which I believe is 21-6-19. There is absolutely nothing to be concerned about 4,200,000 shares being sold is a tiny proportion of the shares in issue. HH is correct all of us long term holders know that things are progressing to plan, but until a serious level of production is a proven fact there will be many investors who will simply be waiting before investing. The problem that they have is that when production is proven the SP will jump massively and buying at these prices will be impossible. WLFE failing so badly has made investors worried about tungsten but we are not WLFE we don't have any of the problems that they had in terms of debt, local opposition, poor equipment, etc. And we will succeed where they failed. I have waited for more than 6 years and now there are just Ten weeks to go. And don't forget all of our other assets !

After all of the warrants are issued, and after black rock get their guaranteed 5% of the diluted shares will be 6.317 billion which with a modest PE ratio derived from our expected full production at T2 will give us a market valuation of somewhere between 150 and 180 million and an SP of somewhere between 2.3p and 2.85p And this is just from laparilla it doesn't take into account any value for any of the other assets we have So, what's not to like ? Bob tree There were no undermining comments about warrants yesterday, only you misunderstanding / misreading, what I wrote. Please take the time to go back through my posts and you will se that I absolutely never undermine WRES. My comments yesterday were a very reasonable explanation for what may well be happening. I am heavily invested here and only ever post honestly, so your assertions are hurtful and unfair, I had hoped that you would read my response to you yesterday and have the decency to accept your mistake and post an apology?

Bobtree I am absolutely not trying to do anything to undermine WRES. You are entirely incorrect. Safety is however correct I am heavily invested here and have been for a very long time. I do not froth at the mouth but he knows full well that no one likes me when I am angry !

Ponfeigh, cookie et al, Please refer to the RNS dated 14-6-17 where £650k was raised at 0.28p per share with a 1-1 right to warrants to purchase further shares at 0.42p per share within 2 years of 20-6-17, the shares issued were in excess of 232 million so there are warrants for the same amount, and this is why I keep saying that if any of those warrant holders don't have the cash to buy at 0.42p that fior them selling at 0.50p plus thereby taking a profit of 0.22p or just over 78% makes perfect sense. Also even if they do have the cash if they have any doubts regarding timescales slipping, commissioning issues, or indeed any possible negative thing that might occur, then banking cash now and buying back if there were to be a pullback is a good way of hedging your position. For the avoidance of any doubt I do not personally believe that there will be any delays or problems, I am simply saying that if you hold at 0.28p and gave warrants at 0.42p then your perspective is different. As I have previously opined, some people will have options to buy more shares but won't have the cash to do so, and as a consequence if they sell some shares at a small profit now they can then afford to buy the options at a later date, if and when the SP has increased, this reduces their risk and therefore makes sense to them, mate.

OMR This is now my 7th year here as well mate. It's been a long long wait but it will be worth it 3p by the end of this year and a lot higher in 3 years plus.
