Ok I am not going to pretend that yesterday’s RNS was not a surprise, it was: and when I first read it, which, as I was out fishing for the day (which went badly) was a long time after it came out, I was, to say the least, annoyed: particularly as only two days earlier we had an RNS staying that we were under budget. However, when I got back home last night and took the time to read the RNS again, I realised that the cash brought in now from the warrants, will be used for our other projects, and that in getting this out of the way now, MM has not only got the money he needs for moving the plant to Régua and for the set up costs for that second mining operation, but has also cleared the field in advance of what could and should be a string of good news RNS’s over the next few weeks and months, I do not blame MM for looking after himself and other directors, if I was him and had put in as much time effort and money as he has, then I would do the same. As for the other warrant holders, yes they are lucky to have been offered twice the amount of warrants at 0.60 as a sweetener to pay for their 0.42 warrants now, but again if I were in their position I would jump at the chance, and my guess is that many investors here would do the same, and remember that they are not being given shares, they will have to pay for them which will bring in more money for the company. So, for what it’s worth, my view is that whilst this has and will cause a lower SP in the short term, that despite the small further dilution the fundamentals remain very very positive, to the point where when I get some more cash I will (depending on the SP at the time) most likely increase my holding. Others will have a different view, that is their prerogative, sell, hold, or buy more, that is the choice that all current holders have, we are all adults, we all make our own decisions and we all have to live with them. I would just ask one thing of all posters, please try to refrain from making personal comments about others, keep calm make your own decisions and carry on posting your honest, but hopefully respectful views.

Chill out Maaaaaaaaan MM is no doubt as surprised as we are at the current SP, but he doesn’t control it anymore than we do !!!!! He owns almost 20% of the company and if anyone thinks he isn’t doing and won’t continue to do all that he can to make WRES a success then they are bonkers. Our time will come there is no way that when we are producing at full pelt that the SP will be anywhere near where it is today. Some people will have bought in a week or two ago hoping for a quick massive profit and some of them are selling out now with a 10-15% profit, so what who cares I am in this for the long term and for the really big upgrade that will come. Chill our, wait a while longer after all the years you and I have waited what difference does another few months or even a year make.

We get paid within 3 days of delivery, this has been previously announced and we have been paid for each shipment so far delivered

0.541 to sell And 0.555 to buy up to 3 million But 0.568 to buy 4 million

Jaf You have always been a glass half empty poster but now appear to have become worse. We haven’t got the grant yet, but we will, as for the market agreeing with you, let’s wait to see shall we, not that the SP matters much to me or by far the majority of long term holders here, in the short term, as we are all waiting for production and many of us are waiting for dividends.

Jaf I see you haven’t changed, why be happy and hopeful when you can be sad and despondent ! I would hate to have such a negative view as you have I would constantly wonder why I bothered to carry on breathing ! It’s a good RNS because it shows we are moving forward !!!!!

Troajan I don’t care what measurement they use so long as we produce it at a third or less of the price we sell it at, and we produce at the expected levels mate This company will make several of the posters on here millionaires if they are prepared to wait another couple of years (although I suspect that some already are)

Troajan Bobtree is correct mate and ramp up will be to 200 tons per month which is 20,000 metric ton units

A buy at 0.57 and you can sell at 0.545 - (if it was 5.45 I might consider it !)
