Bobtree Do you think that oldie works or worked in HR? It could explain a lot !

In my case absolutely influenced by experience, experiences of HR ignoring policies to let people off who are friends of the right people (no matter what they have done or how much proof there is of it) and ignoring policies to punish people who are not in with the powers at be and who have stood up for themselves and other (no matter how little they have done wrong or how little proof there is of them having done anything wrong). But I suspect that you probably think that’s ok ?

Oldie I think you should take the time to read and digest a post before posting a response:- 1. It wasn’t HBob that referred to you HR comment it was me. 2. As I said, legalisation makes sense if done correctly.

Safety, Legalisation makes sense if done correctly. Oldie, I presume your reference to HR dealing with people actually means Punishing people for having an addiction, really ! If so, I think that says a lot about you.

HBob I’ve been out for my daily walk so have only just read your response mate. I was not aware of just how bad things are in your part of the country, it is an absolute disgrace that in the fifth richest country in the world we have food banks, my area is not as bad as yours but nonetheless we also have several food banks, which a charitable concern that I am involved in regularly contributes too. The problem we face as a society is the “greed is good” behaviours of far too many people, no one needs the amount of money that the very rich in this country have, and yet they always want more, and if that means that they need to close a factory, or a shop, or whatever business, just so that they can look good and get their bonus, then so what, who cares about the people who lose their jobs, that’s their problem, and if they can get away with paying the minimum wage (or less in some cases) whilst paying themselves six or seven figure salaries, and letting the government pick up the bill, so what who cares ! There is nothing wrong with those that work hard earning more than those that can’t be bothered but when the people at the top of a business are being paid 50 or 100 times more than the workers it is a recipe for disaster. As for the drug situation, it’s farcical the authorities can’t even keep them out if our jails, let saline off of our streets. Politicians of all parties are to blame, but they are not alone, greed is the real issue, that, and stupid self centred, self serving, egotistical, bigoted people who couldn’t give a damn about anyone other than themselves.

Your town is on bbc news mate The lowest voter turnout in local elections last time round but over 70% turnout in the Brexit vote What will happen on 2-5-19 mate ? Will people vote or not bother ? As for WRES, I am sure we will be very happy in the mid to long term

HBob Thanks for posting that link. Given what we now know I.e. hemerddon not producing an orm behind schedule, coupled with the shutdowns and ongoing inspections of Chinese mines, I believe that supply is likely to be close to the bottom estimate of 82,000 tons, but demand on the other hand is likely given all that is going on in the world, to be between the mid and higher estimates. If the above is correct then it is understandable why the price of tungsten is expected to rise quite significantly, and the result of that will be a large increase in the SP of all tungsten producers. It’s a good time to be holding a few million WRES!

Safety Cross rail is Like most projects that are funded by the tax payer a complete financial disaster massively over budget and massively behind schedule. Whereas WRES la parilla project is under budget and running only 2 -3 months behind schedule (and that is totally due to a third party company failing to meet contractual timescales, which will cost them) MM and our management team and workforce have done nothing wrong, the short delay was and is out of their control. Those that hold here will in my honest opinion reap the rewards but as in all things time will tell.

Andy The SP will move up this year and probably within the next 3 months. I have 30 million reasons to be cautious and concerned but I am not concerned I have been here since 2012 and have added to my holding throughout, more fan doubling it since the funding was agreed and we went from a potential profitable company to a company that will deliver substantially better returns than most. Nothing has changed in terms of the fundamental facts that we are getting closer and closer to full scale production, and serious levels of profit, why you would think that a potentially small dilution in 2020 means that the SP won’t go up whenever are producing 200 tons a month of tungsten and 20 tons a month of tin later this year is beyond me. I get that your annoyed but that doesn’t mean that the company won’t see its share price rise when profits are made, the market will react to profits as it always does.

Oldie Like you I have been around a long time I started investing at 18 which was many many years ago, I have been in good companies and bad companies, I have made money and lost money, I understand your concerns and frustrations but I am a very pragmatic person and the fundamentals here outweigh any negatives, in my opinion massively, but only time will tell.

Circumspect Kev is spot on, I was given the opportunity to sign up following the last TPI evening, for personal reasons in the end I chose not to but anyone can do it if they do wish, and of course if they have sufficient capital and income do that they are deemed to be an acceptable client.

Jaf1948 Given your past experiences I can understand your dilemma, I can only say that I sincerely believe that WRES will come good, which is why I am holding and as I say will most likely buy more. I would not dream of trying to tell you what you should do, only you can make that choice, I have spent most of my working life providing support, advice, and guidance to people, but have never told anyone what decision they should make, all I ever do is to explain the options and then they decide based upon the facts as they see them. What I will say is that I honestly believe you should think very carefully before making your decision, and as I said before I wish you good luck with whatever you decide.

Oldie We all have our own views on everything we see, and read, our views are based upon our beliefs and our understanding, and often upon our previous experiences, HBob and I have a different view on what that part of the RNS means, however we both agree that WRES will come good. As I believe, do you ?

Jaf1948 I have said honestly before that I am sorry that you have lost money elsewhere and I still feel the same. It is your choice to sell, hold or buy more WRES, and you must do what you think is best for you. I will be holding and most likely buying more, that’s my choice based upon my views. We have often disagreed, but it was never anything personal. Goodbye and Good luck with whatever you decide to do with your money.

HBob Oh well it will all become clear in time mate, in the meantime have a great day it’s glorious here.

Dreamingof We have different views mate, I choose to believe that despite others getting a better deal than me, that I will still do very nicely out of WRES in the medium to long term. Everyone new that Régua was going to be set up to come into production at the end of the year what we didn’t know (and still don’t know in any detail) is how it would be funded and how much it would cost. My view is that the money will allow Régua to be brought on line pretty much in line with the original timescales, which again in my view, may otherwise have slipped as a result of the delays caused by the late arrival of the steel at La Parilla, which in turn has meant that our increase in production and ramp up to full production has fallen back by 2/3 months, which means that money that MM would have had from the sale of tungsten which could have been used to move the kit and set up Régua has not and will not materialise in time. All companies when setting up and expanding need money, we will in future get that from cash flow generated from sales of tungsten and tin, but for now we needed cash and he got it without a massive dilution. My glass is still half full.

HBob This is what the RNS states mate, there is nothing that says the money is for La Parilla, though I will admit that when I first read the RNS, I was concerned that something may have gone wrong, but in fact there is nothing to suggest that at all:- “Michael Masterman, Chairman of W Resources, commented: "This exercise will bring in funding of over £1 million and will provide additional working capital in advance of W entering production and the commissioning of its new plant at La Parrilla Mine. The funds raised will further underpin the development work on our other key projects, further driving shareholder value and we look forward to updating shareholders of progress in the coming weeks."
