The SP is drifting because of low volumes, one 3.8 million sell this morning and the price drops.

I’m sitting on a substantial paper loss, as no doubt you are, but this will come good and when it does those of us that have invested heavily here won’t give a fig about the past mate.

I have not seen that in an RNS and have not heard it in any interviews, so please tell me where I can find it

The green boxes have fortunately saved me from having to read any of the claptrap though, so all is good.

The price on google is the last trade price whether that be a buy or sell - it is not the mid market closing price, if you want to know what that is go on to the stock exchange website

2million oz mine sold for $700 million so our 15million mine is arguably worth 7.5 times that, but, realistically let’s say our mines only worth twice what they got, that’s $1,400 million

The question really is whether or not there really is an interested buyer, or as has been suggested, buyers, vying for the assets, if there are then for those prepared to take the risk and put in serious amounts of cash, this could be life changing.

Of course if no buyer materialises, then the company will develop the mine themselves but a big return will then take a couple of years.

Dimitry is saying that they don’t need the $50 million because they have enough cash for all outgoings for the next year, and if they sell they won’t need to draw down $50 million to develop the mine as they won’t own it mate.

The play here is all about selling the mine, possibly two mines, and if that is achieved, and there’s a good chance it will be then the SP will be many multiples of the current price.

Engineering Procurement Construction and Financing (EPCF) ContractAn EPCF contract to develop the mine at Monchetundra is already in place with Sinosteel, a stateowned Chinese engineering group focused on mining, which was signed in October of 2016. Thecontract provides for Sinosteel to undertake the mine and processing plant construction andcommissioning on a turnkey, commercial arms-length basis. 85 per cent (or US$149,600,000) of thecontract value has been arranged as debt-based by Sinosteel - this element of plant constructioncosts will remain on the Sinosteel balance sheet until such time as the plant is operating at fullcapacity and to designed specification.The EPCF also includes a sub-contract to be awarded to Eurasia's subsidiary Terskaya MiningKompany, to cover initial development work at the Loipishnune open pit. This sub-contract, in theamount of US$50m may be drawn down on award of the mining permit.

There is not going to be a 2p dividend, there has not been an RNS to say there would be, and it was not stated in the interview.

Some bright spark somehow worked out that as the company can draw down $50 million that they would pay out a dividend of 2p !!!! What they didn’t work out was that the $50 million is there to be drawn down to be used for the set up of one of the companies projects !!!

The company have hinted that there may be a dividend but at no time have said either that it is definitely going to happen, or the amount that it might be !!!!

I am a holder here having bought in today as a long term investment hoping that the sale that is being discussed will go through, so my comments are not in any way an attempt to deramp the company they are simply to try and get people to understand reality

The $50 million is money to develop one of the two mines that they may we’ll be selling, and as he said they don’t need the money, my view of which is that they don’t need it because they are going to sell the mine.
