Nil desperandum !19 Nov 2019 06:54
The current situation leaves a lot to be desired and there’s no getting away from that fact, however whilst the SP is well below the level that by far the majority of posters expected at this time, and whilst many of us are to say the least surprised that at this stage of the project we are having to seek further funding, this is not the end of the world.
We need to be pragmatic and realistic, the fact is that the delays have caused a temporary cash flow problem, we have a workforce that we need in order to run the kit and who in turn quite rightly need and expect to be paid.
MM will have to get the money that we need in whatever way that he can, it’s not a great place to be but I have no doubt that he will get sufficient funding to see us through the ramp up stage, the only question is at what cost I.e. at what level of dilution, but given the alternatives, as dreamy said last night, even if it were to be a 30% dilution at least the market would be aware that the company is sufficiently funded.
I would expect funding to be announced very soon, if not today then tomorrow and certainly by the end of the week.
Good luck to all long term holders, nil desperandum !
