Trolls post in order to either make money or because they are narcissistic and enjoy attempting to upset other people mate.

If those professing not to be trolls are indeed not trolls, but sit and post all day everyday on a company that they are not invested in, then they are just sad individuals who should and would be pitied if they weren’t so nasty.

He isn’t invested and yet posts hundreds of times all negatively on this board, but of course he says that he is not a troll, the problem he has is that no one cares what he says anymore, because no one believes him and many have filtered him.

As troajan says mate no company provides weekly figures it would involve far to much cost to do so.

Production is the key, but I have little doubt that we will achieve our goals.

We know from the last RNS that WRES needs A further €1 million and that we will then be getting the €5.3 million from the grant in Q1 (and yes I know that we have borrowed €3 million against that, but it was over 15 months at 1.75%, and it will be repaid over the 15 months so we will still get the €5.3 million to utilise in Q1) so providing we get the €1 million I believe we will be fine.

I accept that it would be good to know what we are producing but doubt that we will get the figures for Q4 2019 until January 2020, but time will tell.

Production has always been the key, if, we can produce at or close to the projected levels then the company will succeed and the SP will be many multiples of the current price, again time will tell.

How many shares do you hold ? And would you put more money in if asked to do so ?

I think that it was previously announced that we would get quarterly production figures from the last quarter of the year onwards do that would be the Oct - Nov -Dec quarter the figures for which won’t be available until January mate.

But tell me, you’ve been invested here for a long time I believe, so given the current situation, if, he asked current holders to subscribe for additional shares in order to raise the money needed to see us through the ramp up period, would you be willing to partake ?

The way I see it is that if enough of us were prepared to put cash in then it would be a better option than some of the other options, particularly CLNs

Having said that I still think he will get the deal done that he is currently negotiating.

If investors look at the latest RNS it is clear that MM is trying to secure a minimum of €1 million which at current rates is about £856,000.

In the scheme of things this is a small amount of money and I have little doubt that he will be able to arrange this through the process that he is already engaged in, but, if he isn’t able to do so there is nothing stopping him from asking current investors if they are prepared to stump up additional cash so as to plug this small temporary funding requirement and I for one would be happy to partake in such a fund raise at the same rate as has just been agreed in the latest RNS, I am also sure that many other current investors would be willing to invest more on such terms.

So, the bottom line is that funding can and will be found.

Facts speak for themselves anyone can click on his latest post and see how many times he has posted on this board, and how time after time he has bashed the company and attacked positive posts and posters, he is very clearly a deramping troll, or as described in the article posted by westh1, what the Americans call a basher.

There is no altruistic reasoning for his posts he is obviously either a very sad individual who has nothing better to do, or a badger / deramper / troll.

Of course his problem is that the long term holders on here will never listen to him, let alone sell their shares because of his posts, so he is failing.

What will be will be, if there has to be another placing then that’s what will happen, if the SP doesn’t rise over the next few weeks and months, and it takes another 6, 12, or 18 months then so be it, but, WRES will come good, there is no way on this earth that at this stage of the game MM will not be able to raise funds, he will, the only question is at what price.

I can’t remember the exact quote but it goes something like - you shouldn’t spoil the ship for an halfpenny of tar - and that’s the situation here, the kit is all commissioned it will take sometime to ramp up, but ramp up it will.

As for the derampers and trolls, they are simply trying to talk holders into selling so that they and their mates / employers can get In cheaper, and they will say anything in their quest to achieve that, including that the company will go under, which of course it will not !

The current situation is really very simple, as it says in the RNS:-

“The funding package outlined above is expected to provide sufficient funding until receipt of the Grant proceeds”

We have all known since the September RNS that we needed funding to get us through, we now have sufficient funding until the grant arrives.

It is true that MM has had to issue shares at 0.40 rather than the 0.50 that was envisaged, but that was still at a premium to the SP, and therefore in my opinion he has made a necessary and pragmatic decision.

It seems obvious to me that if he needs to issue shares at the same or even a lesser amount, in order to ensure that we get through the ramp up period, and therefore subsequently become profitable, that he will have to do so, and anyone invested here will I am sure accept that doing so is purely common sense as the alternatives would all be worse.

Production has always been the key here, once we are producing at reasonable levels the companies future will be secure and the shareholders will be rewarded by a much increased SP.
