So on the 12th of October EUA had a net cash position of £265.9k after taking into account all liabilities due within the next 12months.

Since then they have taken in the money from the warrants (more of which may we’ll be exercised soon) so, they have sufficient cash for the foreseeable future.

Given the possibility / probability that EUA will sell one or more of its assets and taking into account the massive sums of money paid recently for palladium mines e.g. $700 million for a 2 million oz mine, and taking into account the amount we have at proven and probable stages the answer to your question is :-

NO - there is no need to worry.

Of course I am presuming that anyone holding shares here can afford to lose their money as no one should invest more than they can afford to lose, but taking that into account the possible upside here is very large so to me it is a very good risk to reward play.

Sorry his holding is actually only worth £11 million

He bought in in 2008 at 5p and has increased his holding regularly since then, at the closing price today his holding is worth circa £16.5 million excluding any warrants that he may hold mate.

There is not going to be a 2p dividend, there has not been an RNS to say there would be, and it was not stated in the interview.

Some bright spark somehow worked out that as the company can draw down $50 million that they would pay out a dividend of 2p !!!! What they didn’t work out was that the $50 million is there to be drawn down to be used for the set up of one of the companies projects !!!

The company have hinted that there may be a dividend but at no time have said either that it is definitely going to happen, or the amount that it might be !!!!

I am a holder here having bought in today as a long term investment hoping that the sale that is being discussed will go through, so my comments are not in any way an attempt to deramp the company they are simply to try and get people to understand reality

Only just read your post, EUA have 2 of the largest investment banks in Russia and China working on the basis of them only being paid if a deal is done, if a deal is done then the future SP (which has now recovered the 30% stop loss drop of earlier this afternoon) will likely be many multiples of the current SP, it is without doubt a gamble but worth a small punt.

I have not sold any shares in WRES but I think you are correct in saying that others have in order to get into EUA .

Is very interesting and explains why their share price has shot up, the company is owed $50 million is producing palladium ($1780 per oz) and rhodium ($5000 per oz) with costs of production at a combined $400 per oz

The market makers make their money by setting the price of any given companies shares at a level whereby people are willing to either buy or sell, they make their money on trades taking place, the Market valuation is nothing more than that.

The true value of WRES will be seen once we are producing, there are a number of other mining companies that have started or are close to starting production and if you check them out they have sat in the doldrums with low SP levels for long periods of time, but, when production happens they have taken off.

We are on the runway waiting for a slot, the engines are ticking over but are not yet revving up fully for take off, it’s just a matter of time

DYOR and make decisions on that, that’s what I have always done and will always do, and it is why I am holding

I posted earlier that I own 36.5 million shares and I’m holding because I have no doubt that WRES will come good, but that if you have any doubts that you should read the facts in the RNS’s and not take notice of anyone posting on here whether their posts be positive or negative, but particularly don’t make decisions based upon anything that the clowns post stating that the company will fail to produce and go under as that is nonsense
