Letter arrived from HL, basically the same as the one previously sent to me. Saying they let themselves down, slow service etc, and offering Mrs G the same £150. So it looks like her complaint is now taking shape.
We both have outstanding questions ref charges that were supposed to be waived whilst waiting for the process to complete as HL loyalty payments are somewhat lower than the full rebate we would have received with the new provider.
Inching ever closer to conclusion........ Sorry AJ
