Great presentation, the company has never looked stronger , a great future ahead ! A PE firms dream !! A couple of contracts signed and we’ll be getting a revenue upgrade later this year …

I'm not sure how much new information we are really going to get from the annual results. An update on cash/burn rate etc, even that we can't really forecast going forward as we have little idea what the new Management team costs are, but apart from that, any update will be forward focused as there's no real revenue to speak about. The key information update is what's coming with POLB-001 partnership discussions and how close we are to agreement. Hopefully we are very close to a major deal to catapult the SP to multiples of the current price...

I'm still waiting for the PE buy-out north of 50p this summer !!!! I can feel it coming.......

HotChip - just listened to it, totally agree with Charles Archer. Wouldn't surprise me if Private Equity are doing their due diligence right now, this can take 4 months or more, but agree sooner or later HVO will be bought out (and a tidy premium) - I've said it all along ! We just need to be patient, it's coming, that's for sure !!

Exactly Moni, clearly nothing coming in the near term re POLB001, I suspect we might hear something by mid summer time, anything before then and the team wouldn't have been allowed to buy. It's a waiting game I'm afraid, but all good things come to those who wait.....

Soooo many buys today (or so it seems) , yet we lose 5% on the SP, no idea how that works.....looking at the share trades tab on there, you'd expect a 5% gain, not a 5% loss... :-(

I think the fact that Cathal can actually buy now suggests that a POLB001 deal is not imminent unfortunately....we might be waiting until summer to land the game changer I think....that said, I'm happy to wait. Cathal is the best man to drive shareholder value, we just need to be patient. All good things come to those who wait !

I suspect the new team are not allowed to buy shares since they started as they are in possession of a lot of price sensitive information if the new deal for Polb001 is anywhere close to being signed. I hope Cathal also doesn't invest now, as this would mean a new deal is definitely someway off being signed. If a new deal is almost being finalised then nobody at Polb will be allowed to buy ! But I agree they should invest as and when its allowed.

How can you be underwater on a share you got for free? Even your maths is better than that Stt1, surely ? This stock could explode any day now, the patient will be rewarded for sure !

Strictly, my exit plan is to hold until there's a sale. I'm sure this will happen and I can't think of a better man to make this happen than our Chairman Cathal Friel. He is the perfect man for this task and I'm sure it'll be at a price that sends us all on holiday to Barbados ! He could even be holding such discussions right now, we just don't know.

As a CFO and CA working in the Private Equity space, I really don't see any chinks in the armor of HVO. I can't think of any other company who in January already has the full year revenue pretty much sewn up already as well as a significant inroad into 2025. The KPI's of this company are rarely seen. I'm sure more and more institutions will soon be getting in on the act and the SP will be in the 40's by early summer.

For a potential takeover target from either PE or another CRO/Pharma company, things don't look any better than this. Strong buy IMO, but DYOR.

Does the shares trades tab on this website record all the trades, or is there no point looking at it? Each day this week there's more share buys (by volume and value) than sells according to the "HVO Share trades" section above, yet the share price has gone from 29p to 25p. How can this be - or is it all MM manipulation of the SP ? I was expecting to see a large number of sells, but I just don't see that happening.... Confused.com !!

Why has is dropped so much if volume so low? MM's manipulation at work to fill a large order maybe ??
