So my question is: Polb001 has now been around for 3-4 years or so now, yet we still have no deal done. If POLB001 is as good as we were led to believe, then why after 3-4 years have we no pharma companies snapping our hands off to get in on the act. Year after Year there's no deal, so is the product really as good as we have been told ? Appreciate pharma deals can take a while, but 3-4 years and still nothing. Something doesn't add up if I'm being honest. Can the board explain the apparent lack of interest in this wonder drug ?

Another great presentation by Mo, the future does look very bright for HVO.....we'll be well over 50p long before 2028 i think !!!

The short answer is 'NO'.

£100m by 2028 looks pretty much in the bag with the new acquisition......the SP is a steal right now...2 Great updates this morning, long term view is extremely positive !!

Mo is simply being honest in saying there were challenges, nothing wrong with admitting that, but he went on to say the order book is at a max and reiterates the £100m target remains on track.

2025 update moves back 4 weeks, I suspect he's waiting on confirmation of some imminently pending contracts, again that's hardly an issue to get concerned about. And I'm sure he will have great visibility into 2025 which will be revealed in Feb, no idea why you are reading so much into the update being moved back 4 weeks. Come on man, get a grip.....

Great update from Mo this morning.

Confirming 2024 revenue and profit so yet another year of double digit growth. The £40m of contracts is still there, £11m won today and the implication that the balance is coming shortly, most likely before Feb update. Great confirmation that order book never been bigger and profit will be at the upper end of expectations. Plus he also mentioned some smaller wins which are not RNS's but all add to growth.

A really positive update overall. We remain on track for £100m in 2028. Can't ask for more than that really...Pretty sure there will be more contract wins announced between now and the end of Feb and we'll soon be back into 30p territory. There will always be fools who see red flags because they've made bad choices in the past and can't move on. I pity them.

Strictly, Octopus are probably not interested in buying and selling 2-3 months later. Like all savvy investors they are probably in it for the long term and a 2-3 year holding. Of course there will be ups and downs along the way, but the fundamentals have not changed at all. Until Octopus sell, they have lost or gained nothing. Yes, they've not won any contracts for a few months, but one can only assume this leads to a few wins coming along within a short space of time and the SP goes rapidly back up. Only rookies get concerned at dips. The fundamentals remain very strong. I'm holding for 3 years or so, this these dips are of little relevance. This is an awesome time to top up IMO.

Solvista - if 2025 was flat, I expect the share price would get hammered, but I think there's very little chance of this, especially after the increase in bed capacity and growing margins. I would think several contracts are currently in discussion and will be announced in the next 3 months. An no, I can't prove this, it's just my opinion. Walbrook confirmed to me on 29th October that the £100m top line target for 2028 is still the expectation and remains on track. That would give us approx 60p share price. With HVO, its about being patient and playing the long game. For me , this stock is a 3 year hold, so I'm not too fused about short term ups and downs as long as the general trend is north (which it is).

Coolnamesgone - don't worry about it. STT1 is a sad little ignorant man who no longer warrants a response. I really hope he gets laid on day, but I suspect that's a long shot...

Insider trading extremely difficult to prove, could have been no more than a simple wink over a Guinness ! This sort of things goes on every day across all markets worldwide..... remember Blue Horseshoe loves Anacott Steel :-)

No way Cathal would have told his good pal Mike Kelly to spunk millions into POLB if there wasn't something pretty damn solid on the table.....This could all be revealed at any point from tomorrow to New Years Eve !!! This could be one hell of a Xmas stocking filler !!!!

Walbrook PR confirmed to me yesterday that full year revenue guidance is already booked for current year, on top of that there's been 3 non-core contracts wins from hLAB (i don't think these are RNS's), and confirmed a lot of 2025 revenue is already booked and there's £40m close to being signed, so to me, the future looks bright. Any additional wins will largely flow through to the bottom line so we should expect to see some great margins next year. I expect the share price to be in the 60's by (or before) 2028. DYOR

I feel a contract win RNS next week........it's coming, maybe 2 in November. These things are like busses, nothing for ages, then 3 come along at once....

No way Hotchip !! People from Octopus are intelligent and understand the business, no way they could write the incessant repetitive drivel that Sttl writes day in day out. I remember his old red flags, going on about cash going down, then that was proved wrong, then he moved on to nonsense about lack on II buying in, then that was proven wrong, so now he harps on about Cathal selling his shares and the questionable business model, its just laughable really...

I agree, looks very odd. This stock is either going to the dogs or its very close to something big and could explode, I just have no idea which, but I'm in for a penny, so in for a pound & I'm taking the gamble ! I contacted Cathal and Dave Allmond and both are saying absolutely nothing, whereas they had always previously replied......I feel something big might be brewing and everyone's lips are sealed !

Totally agree Nathan, this business has a very strong future ! I'm happy to hold for a few years and enjoy the growth....
