Yes, I bouight back in a few days ago and got impatient. I may have missed bits in the presentation as I was pretty busy this am, but that wasc my take and yes, I dumped. Quite possibly I was both too hasty to enter and too fast to dump. But i could now buy back cheaper than when i bailed this am, so mb not such a bad call. We'll see.

Fwiw I see huge potential here, but it's still early days. If the train leaves without me, well, I guess there'll be another one along in due course. Good luck to holders, I might well be back one day.

MLE is only a matter of time., and of course detail on hpow long, how much, etc. But it's coming, it's coming soon, and will take mine life well past 2030 : do your numbers on remaing life, stockpile, etc, and even a minimum MLE goes well past 2030. Wth that coming b4 Xmas and a Douta PFs soon after, this is likely as weak as it gets, absent a PoG fall.

With AISC of $1k, at $2k gold, GP is $1000., at $3lPoG, $2000, at $4k PoG, $3000. Price doubles, profit trebles.

But if AISC are $1800...your $200 GP goes to $2200. Hugely more leveraged.

I would add to your critique that having leases linked to CPI is a trap if you accept caps of 3 or 4%. This bit them in the arse after the pandemic, I can't fathom why they would do so again. It is not prudent imv to have a higher NIY at the price oif having your inflation protection diminished.

Isn't there just. Thanks to willz for posting. Aside from the v +ve noises on Segilola and Senegal, Segun sound - or rather reads - to be even more excited by Cote d'Ivoire than he was in previous presentations.

I constantly question my decision to remain in THX without top slicing, so often that's the wrong thing to do when you're c. 200%+ up. But the good news keeps coming, the potential keeps growing, as does the cash in hand. Unlike the usual early stage explorers THX has an operating mine, growing cash pile, dividends, no debt, and a mgt team that has a proven track record of project delivery and creating shareholder value.

Can't bring myself to sell a single share, even tho it's way over a sensible proportion of my PF. It's all I can do to stop myself adding!

Agree, ISA, I too am v impressed with mgt. and that's what makes me very comfortable here. I've learnt not to fall in love with a share, and will be watching for any sign of complacency, but so faR, none.

Yes, a few timelines have been missed, but things have always happened soon enough not to significantly hold up the next phase/interrupt cashflow. Looking forward to what should be the first of 3 positive RNSs on Mon/Tue.

Yes, for 30 June. Any co should really have no trouble updating NAV @ 30/09 by then. Many would b releasing Q3 earnings, which is much more complicated.

I guess vsaluing unlisted holdings is pretty subjective, but other companies manage it, some in more credible ways than others.

We are certainly due one, any other co would be updating by now with 30 Sept NAV, at the very least. On past form, tho, we won;t get that till Jan 26, with audited acs to 30/06/25 coming later this month.

GPM, for instance, updates NSAV daily, but this co takles 4 months to get out a figure for the last quarter. Why? Beats me.

Nonsense. Profits in 2026 will be best ever. By YE26 we could easily have our Mcap in cash, with MLE/Douta etc to come.

Last year this was issued on 11th, but in 2022 and 2023 it was 27th and 30th. So we are somewhere between10 and 30 days from Q3 2025 update. Douta PFS must surely be due very soon too, as must some sort of update on Segilola MLE.

I am way overweight here and will continue to be so, both because I am very pleased with THX's management, financials, and ambition, and think holding a substantial part of my PF in gold is sensible against the global political and monetary backdrop. Unfortunately that means I really can't top up my holding at these levels, tempting tho it is, given my already stretched position size.

The more the Great Orange Baboon threatens other countries, while trashing his own, the happier I am to be in Thor, in gold, and in Africa. Bring on the news, hopefully it will be a rewarding November for holders here.
