Yes we are all LTH now like it or not. Market's generally are cautious so we are not seeing inflows of cash previously enjoyed. TXP seems a pretty safe place to park for the time being, especially if they can ramp up production, even more so if they can make Royston commercial (Oil is about to go above $100 again). Happy to hold as not many other growth sectors right now so may as well keep buying until I own a good chuck of what will be an extremely profitable business.

Markets are funny sometimes. The day everyone has been waiting for and the SP barely moves and now looks to be heading south. You have to laugh sometimes and just ignore the noise. I'll keep buying now until I run out of cash as this is too good a prospect to ignore. Cas C is worth double the SP now and should be online in 3/6 months, plus we will have confirmed revenue by then of circa $30M+. Let's see how the market like it then :)

More sign-offs than PB initially thought, I imagine we hear from the company end of this week

I'd prefer we get separate RNS's for each event. Every positive RNS will push the SP higher. If the flow is consistent the price will remain high. This week needs to be Cas selling gas at decent flow rates, next Cas C spud announcement, week after Royston on service rig etc etc. Unfortunately, our PR firm seem to be asleep at the wheel...

Reducing the portfolio to reduce debt in this environment is sensible asset management. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, the received a price in line with the NAV. Suggesting the NAV for the whole REIT is still accurate, meaning we are well undervalued. How you interpret the RNS as a negative is beyond me...

In the near term (before Xmas) £1.80 seems unrealistic, even for the most enthusiastic such as I. In 6 months, with 2 quarters of confirmed revenue and the with the additional exploration prospects, this could easy be £1.50+. But who knows, maybe on a pump Royston will be commercial and we may then see new ATH's. That the exciting thing about TXP, is once Casca revenue starts (I believe it already has), we have many exploration drills to follow, all paid for by cash flow. £3+ by 2025 is a reasonable expectation

As per my last post. RNS is Tuesday next week

Rumour has it the meter is running and TXP are waiting for decent volumes (30 or 60 mmcf) before RNS. This is mainly because Canada have a bank holiday Monday and it’s better for the market to be informed on Tuesday. So no RNS tomorrow but likely Tuesday next week. Anyone who sold last week will wish they were back in before it lands as it will be company (value) changing when it does land!

If the concert parties do initiate a TO then I think they have to offer the average trading price for the last 6 months, normally with a sweetener on top (+30% is typical). Last 6 months average is around 10p, so 13p. I'm not sure many would be happy with that. Would require shareholder vote but they may be the majority if buying together. Not saying I'm right! I did speak to Mr Yates before and I don't think this was/is his intention. IMO this is just savvy investors wanting to increase their holding.

Come on guys… who is seriously writing “didn’t Paul say?”… PB says a lot and none of it is accurate, so why would you now, after everything, start writing what he says with any credibility.

Too early for takeover rumours guys… this is part of an original agreement under city regulations from the outset that the original ‘convert’ can’t buy more shares without notifying the market. The good thing is that these people know the market and company for better than we ever will, if they want more shares it means the company is doing well :)

Price in Toronto fell ever so slightly to line up with LSE. Not a hair in it.

I think you both need to temper expectations. The talk on discord is all testing is now complete and TXP are waiting on the green light from MEEI. Any organisation linked to Gov are slow as hell, even slower in T&T. We know the facility is set up, tested, and ready to sell gas BUT an RNS saying we are now selling might not come through this week (we all hope it does), but if there is one thing we should have learned as TXP investors is nothing happens fast or when we expect lol.
