Finally sold my stock at significant lose but at least the freed head space can occupied by more meaningful activities. Ast is a travesty of corporate behaviour in a UK regulated market, in past 2 yrs not an ounce of wealth generated yet lifestyles lavishly provided for. I would say goodluck but your need more than that......

Thanks for this, v useful and I completely sync with sentiment. I am puzzled as to why this type of corporate behaviour is tolerate by the regulator? AIM is saturated with similar corporate behaviour with unhappy investors and lavish board lifestyles - something seriously needs to be done about it

almost one year ago upon Venafi deal AS commented, "we believe, help deliver increased future shareholder value." the SP has more than halved? Mkt confidence in AS delivering has evaporate and my investment not far behind

Agreed. The board havent delivered any value over previous few yrs and it amazes me how they remain in a job? You cannot have a record of annual contraction and still survive (unless its Tern of course)

How has AS retained his position after the failed merge and trying to legitimise a 7.5p offer after previous 18.5p offer - he has no credibility.

Sisto's Venafi deal seems to of been a disaster then, mkt reacted badly to it and several months later still nothing positive to note. Then he does this Pire deal?

Agree. I will no longer invest in AIM because the regulation (lack of) is shocking. How these directors are allowed to move around companies drawing large salaries without delivering any return is puzzling. Where is the regulator?

Good post - CH did actually make progress although curtailed by regulation - this Board are just drawing salaries - no shareholder wealth creation whatsoever in 4 yrs
