The mkt is the only reliable source to gage what is really happening and I don't see significant dumping of stock. Ok, sp is low but maybe actual events are going to be very different, the 54k buy earlier in the week definitely suggest so.
I am de-ramping because this stock with its years of promising rns's is just another AIM entity which will drain the wallets and patients of all involved. I got out a while back and since have seen it predictably drift downwards even with predictably decent news. The city know's it and thankfully I have realise it too
I am not 45k in however quite decently exposed and I am fairly convinced we are going to be OK w9th 2.5p (circa offer). If it all goes "tits up" then Colin will never work in the industry again and I will move all my exposures out of AIM and into the relative safety of FTSE 350
Certainly some ground work going on at Her, maybe, just maybe, we will see some actual moves towards generating revenue
My covers been blown - dam it!
I prefer the company and its finances being handled by the board and not by short term PI's seeking a quick buck. Given today's rns "acceptable to shareholders" I am inclined to raise my target price to 2.5p which will be a very descent return coordinated by a very competent board
If any consolation I am in same position, ascent will be sold and and probably around 1.8p (last nav) so in profit but will never invest in a Slovenian domiciled company ever again. Slovenia as an investment environment are a def no for me now
Wrong, there's the LTH who have held for years from .06p days and then took profits on 3.5p leaving descent holding then off loading with the unexpected drop. Profit not maximised - granted but that AIM investing. 1.8p offer I strong believe as its the last placing and NAV
That's a good rns imo. If it wasnt for the deluded PI's voting down Ascent's ability to raise additional funds we would be in a very strong position - unfortunately it was voted down and that's a real shame - typical shortism of SP rather than long term value!
We know that anyway and "no guarantees" - well, its AIM so again nohing new. Get funding sorted and concrete moves to generating revenue needed asap then all fine on the south American front!!!
If they were doomed he would not of accepted and that's positive!
He has accepted the remuneration strategy therefore very positive from a man in the know.
