LTH since 2016 holding 85% paper loss and seen everything which is bad about AIM with this stock. Absolutely no wealth created other than for the directors whose salaries have been paid. Meqngingless Rns after rns, funds secured from PI's and profits made for institutions, Henderson over 100% up. Do not invest here!!!!
I strongly suggested a further issue into a significant sp rise and was sounded out? No matter, I invest on on my own research anyway. This will put the dampeners on any further rise unless materially good information lands.
You must be new to TERN because this volatility is quite normal and we are trading well above the 52 week average so some pull back inevitable. Tern are not great at rns's btw
Sisto has messed it all again, as soon as AP rises he convenes a meeting to pass through the right to issue and the market is all to aware of this behaviour. No other reason for sharp fall in SP
No need to ask as its clearly not value for money. Over the yrs how much has been spent on lifestyles - Millions and how much have PI's lost - Millions.
Where is the EIA? Needed it in 2016 and we are now in 2021 and still no sign of it.
Yes, your correct and this had slipped my mind. The power of the boards and shared opinions - thanks
Come on - the rns indicated no need for further placements but I have read that several hundreds times before from AIM stocks and low and behold a placement follows?
Given Sisto's history its highly likely a placement will arrive pretty soon and at this level I couldnt really blame him, bolster cash reserves and facilitate additional investment in new or existing portfolio
Tern is certainly volatile and have been here for a few years I have done OK with it but perhaps now a sustained upward trend? Great tech now we need significant shareholder growth
Listen, I do understand there are various techniques for valuation but NPV is still the most reliable. Lets face it if the NPV on DA alone indicated significant positive NPV we would not be priced where we are now.
Not really, fundamentally companies are valued on NPV (discounted future profits), other than profit how do you value a company?
EIA mentioned in June 20 along with stimulation but as of today? Btw, CH ordered stimulation equipment for Qtr 3 2019 and JB cancelled it? Studies, stimulation, permits all been mentioned but only salaries paid and lifestyles maintained as far as I can see?
To see new PI's being frisked of their funds today in similar fashion as to 4 yrs ago is unfortunate. EIA could of been carried out 4 yrs - was it - of course not? If you value your funds avoid Ast
decision is years away and no guarantee of win. I have been here since 2016 so pretty much written off investment and can wait it out - if your new you are gonna lose a lot over next few weeks as sp will plummet
Haha classic of these boards - made me laugh - thanks
The technology has never been in doubt and with no further dilutions in sight things are looking very bullish
because many pi have lost a fortune on this share, I have been with it since 2016 and significantly under water but there is hope ow. Be weary because negotiations, and there have been many before, could result on nothing.
