Might be an idea to pick up a few shares in my opinion, and await the next chapter in the takeover book that is being scribed. The Board have not come out and rejected the bid so far. So pick up stock at current levels because on a conservative valuation CPT is well undervalued and could well be the subject of alternative bid offers. Regulatory News Announcements will dictate how this will pan out. So far we have only just scratched the surface.

What is for sure CPT is now a bouncing ball. How high can it bounce, 50p/share, but not yet, and do not shout this too loudly yet, wait until it has happened !

If the consencus is 17-18p then at current 20p best to take your profits. But remember, there are shed loads of institutional holders out there with at least one if not two other potential suitors. I will stick to my 20p/share on the exchange rate I used.

Values CPT at around 20p/share. First possible offer is an all cash deal, this is to try and woo the Board into a sucker punch. Values CPT at around £50Mns. Hold out for a better offer is my opinion. I can hardly see the Board recommending this desirey and opportunistic approach !

Offer from New Europe Proprty values CPT at around £50Mns too cheap for a Company with assets of around £300Mns on a conservative estimate. Looks to me like a bidding war could be on the cards. Looks like the forced seller has transferred around 1.2Mns shares today @ 14p each. There should be at least 2 outstanding sell announcements and another buy announcement declaring previous and today's dealings.

Lock in those 100% profits. A run up from 5.5p early Feb presented a good entry point, but now lock in those gains locking out downside. Churn profits on any weakness but run remainder for potentially more upside. A potential takeover target amongst the retirement home builder specialists.

This looks like another hunch pays off. I firmly believe there is more to the developing substantial holdings story. The for sale board has been a blowing in the wind long befor the housing market downturn. Looks like an opportunity exists to take out this Co on the cheap and qt.

Re Footprint 07.05 today number of Wiess holding adding to existing holdings was 3.5Mns valued at almost £1/2Mns.
