Having locked in profits at 99p might be an idea to churn profits at current 91.5p as buying pressure will push sp higher.

On 25th Sept Mohammed AlRali Exec Director bought up 1.5Mns shares paying 20p each and now has 5.51Mns on the same day Chief Exec Officer John Hunter sold 1.5Mns at 20p each and now controls 3.15mns.

Cief Exec Officer Patrick Claridge bought up 300k shares on 21st Sept paying 9p/share this takes his holdings to 2.65Mns. Worth following this development with interest as directors often lead the way.

The Company needs to undergo a strategic re-alignment in order to make the shares attractive to the institutions. There is quite a lot of future positives already built into the sp so pressure ought to be brought to bear on the management for a strategic review. My guess this is another Co that is well below and remain below the analysts and City radar. However, those taking a position at current levels appear to stand an excellent chance of seeing a handsome return on their investment medium longer term.

Mr Patrick McKenne recently bought 250,000 shares paying 40p each. My suggestion is to follow this and previous director trades for some valuable pointers as to where the share price might be heading near term.

So far BSGP has 55.43% undertakings committed so far to its offer. My guess is that it may struggle to meet all the conditions in the offer document. The offer of 13p woefully undervalues DLD, but in the current uncertain market wavering shareholders may sell out. Augers well this increased strategic holding for the future direction of this Co. 6.5p appears to be a good entry point for medium to longer term gains.
