on 28 September 2009 Jon Pither, a director of the Company, had acquired 750,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital, at a price per share of 2.125 pence.As a result of this transaction Mr Pither's holding is now 18,159,334 ordinary shares, representing 2.47% of the Company's issued share capital.The Company has also been notified that on 28 September 2009 Nigel Wray acquired 10,050,000 ordinary shares at a price per share of 2.125 pence. Following this acquisition Mr Wray now beneficially holds 120,752,880 ordinary shares, representing 16.44% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Wray also holds £300,000 of Convertible Loan Notes. On the basis that all the parties convert the Convertible Loan Notes at the same time, Mr Wray will hold 18.04% of the issued share capital of the Company. It is usually a wise move to follow Directors' and seasoned investor share trades as they usually indicate the direction of the sshare price.
