With BNP PAM Group taking control of 29.4% of the 109.6mns Issued Share Capital ("isc") looks like the days of independence could be over. Anything 30% and over will cause a mandatory offer having to be made for the remaining outstanding shares. Holding 32.22Mns looks like BNP PAM has a lucrative strategic and substantial holding launchpad here from which a full offer could be made.

Recent share price weakness has been pounced on. It is my guess that some major corporate news will be announced concerning this group. It looks like the news will catch those 2city" types that will knock off early by surprise. SP weakness cannot be sustained on current buying pressure.

Has been announced today, that Ethanol Investments (ENT) will be picking up a minority stake in LNR, if the motion for the proposed creation of a major cleantech activist shareholding group is carried at the member's of ENT meeting scheduled for early next year.

Minority Holdings in PEC are to be transferred to Ethanol Investments plc (ENT) in what looks like a reverse takeover of ENT, which is transforming itself into an investment Co, early next year.

Has been released, confirming the lead zinc deposits as previously indicated. The Wardell Armstrong report indicates an uplift from previos no-jorc estimates. Full technical details of deposits released and make interesting reading, even to my untrained eye.

Has released numbers, indicating that a return to profits of some £500k from £400k losses. Has exceptional gains and an extremely healthy cash balance at the bank. This Co presents a useful platform from which to invest at current levels for a much brighter and consisted profitable future.

Mr Ken Pratt Managing Director increases his holdings to 2.2% representing 1.4mns of the issued share capital ("isc"). Looks like He and Mr Tucker are very confident of the future success of their investments.

The Co has declared that number will be in line with market expectations, with strong trading in the first half up to 31st December, with cash balances expected to be up around £2mns. Not sure if this Co's share price can repeat the stellar performance seen since 2006, but I believe the sp will hold up well in the current general market weakness and rebound from current positions next year.

All day, the Broker's note has circulated the market causing the sp to drift to recent new lows. I will not accept that the Board did not know of the potential offer earlier, and could have caused a statement to be released of a possible offer earlier than 4pm. But no matter it is out in the open now, I bet that Broker is not on the Board's xmas card list, or is he, because as soon as the news of a prospective offer announced, all the board members would be free of any corporate governance rules etc to deal in the stock. I can read the prospective conspiracy dialogue already.

Oh dear!. looks like the Broker has spoken out of turn, suggesting that there is a squeeze on cash flow. Recent Company generated hyped positives seems to be crumbling into dust, well there's a surprise. If you still believe in the Alice story, buy on weakness, if not, consider this news of strained cash flow as the first profits warning !!

The Co will receive £1Mns up front and a further £500k on or before 31st Jan 2008. Will have cash and that speaks volumes, to be used in expanding its australasia interests, where it has notched up lucrative contracts. The UK side of the business has been losing money hand over fist for years, now has a lifeline. On prospects the Co is positive forward looking, but is still on the critical list until something more substantive appears. 1.38p is a reaction to the initial euphoria, if sp settles then maybe worth a poke, the downside is underpinned, the upside has potential for a rise now that the the Co is being "cleansed".

The whiff of high earnings is in the offing here as GON will be available in all continents of its "Skunk-Fu" offering. When first aired on the BBC it was acclaimed to be the best thing on TV aimed at the 6-11 year old age group. Now that it has been syndicated across the globe, should be a very good cash earner.

With the jockying of share ownership, the time is ripe for some positive corporate news. Funds raised recently, substantial holdings announced, lucrative contract gains, the signs are there for sp upside.
