Telephonetics has indicated it is about to make an offer for the outstanding shares after recent press speculation.

Directors have issued a bullish report, suggesting that, since the reorganisation commenced during the mid part of last year, efforts are producing encouraging results, particulary in its Indian operations and its alliance with Narrang Group. If this Co continues with its reorganisation, there is no reason why the sp should lanquish at these levels.

A very significant 24.06% increased holding by Mr Charles Denton was reported to the Co a few days ago, this holding takes out almost 25 millions of the issued share capital ("isc"). Recent Corporate activity and improved numbers signals that there is plenty more value here and recent buys signal some significant sp upside.

Year on year sales are up a staggering 590% to £3.59Mns and declared a maiden profit of £1/3mns. In the four weeks leading up to the xmas on-line sales were up 47%. With new Board appointments and contract gains Co has presented a rather bullish report with continued forward advancement.

Expected numbers to 31st December 07 are reported to be ahead of market expectations. Growth across all sectors is robust and will continue the 7th consecutive positive report. This Co is cash generative and has a healthy balance sheet. Share price should respond well and hold up in a difficult market.

£1.2mns will be earned from an offshore construction services group by providing GPS systems until March 2009. This extensions puts CYH at the forefront of a significant potential for CYh,s offerings where positioning at high accuracy and availability is vital to all offshore and onshore oil and gas exploration.

shareguru footprint of Dec 07 has been removed since my foorprint today. Essentially it offered up a "strong buy" on this stock and shareguru offered up a hotmail email address and invited readers to go there for share "tips". Sounded very much like another footprinter on this board.

Contagiuos. Looks like hotmail is the hot place for share tips. I believe another certain "Ace" footprinter on this forum has also offered hot tips using a hotmail account. Very similar modus operandi between the two !!!!!. This Co has offered up a Rules 2.10 and 8.3 which has pushed the sp forward. Looks like actions "down under" has prompted some serious attention in the Co sp has responded well to clarification.

Wins a contract to supply Interactive network operator services to its 3 year customer Trinity Mirror publications, will supply TM with all premium and SMS services votes competitions games and information lines. Looks like the "phone in" scandel and debacle is well behind ECK now. Buy for medium long term growth in my opinion.

Indications are positive from Davis Tube Recovery results. Ongoing tests by Golder Associates indicate positive finds. Worth investing in at current lows.

Wins a £half million contract which is the first phase of a larger two phase contract to supply Cobra and Talon automatic number plate recognition ("APNR") systems to a major UK police force. Has the capabilities to process 20 million number plates a day thus reducing dodgy motors being driven illegaly on the road and reduce associated criminal activity and will increase state revenues. Contract is expected to be completed within 12 months.

A members EGM has been called and will be heard 28th Feb for the removal of the Board and new Directors appointed, as in many instances like these, the motions usually fail, either through lack of voting support and or failure to negotiate legal/listing obligations. An interesting situation that has done immense damage to shareholder value. Now we know why there has been substantial positions taken of late.
