Come back in on weakness and signs of everything returning to normal.

Nice little earner here, pity no-one from advfn or 111 was here to chew cud with us, but took half profits at just over 4p running remaining holdings at no cost. My belief is more upside in longer term.

Recently SCO demonstrated in conjunction with the German army its Satcom Mission Gear System to high ranking purchasing officers assigned to NATO representing some 26 NATO member countries.. The demo was specific in its demonstration to equiping helicopter fleets featuring a live video link to a CH 53-GS helicopter. Augers well for the future.

Results to 30th September 07 will be announced 20th March, along with a trading update.

Contracts with East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust for the supply of decontamination equipment. This is a significant contract and augers well for the future.

I thought the shares may have been hit harder today on the release of full year's numbers released today. Losses pre tax widen to £3 mns from £83k and turnover dipped to £4.78mns from £5.15mns year on year. The Co stated that it is to raise £1mns by way of convertible loan notes in order to shore up balance sheet and provide working capital to fund recent contract wins. Ongoing costs will be reduced by a rationale of cost reductions in the 2nd half of 08. I still believe some weakening in sp will take place presenting a buying opportunity.

In a 19.5p/share or £3millions. VST is the subject of an offer approach for all of the outstanding shares by Acorn Corporate Finance Ltd on behalf of Purple Spot.

Contracts with Home of Choice, a leading mortgage network, in a £820k focus:360 degrees, upgrade of the existing technology solution enabling recruitment, registration and support of new middle men joining the network.

These are now showing true worth. Some good Corporate news in the pipeline after a steady decline is share price. My guess this is an ideal time for "bottom fishing" with continued profits pencilled in and a possible return to dividends (an ouitside guess) but certainly attracting interest from external sources.

With a market Cap of some £9.8mns and having sold its remaining investments, this Co has turned itself into a "cash shell" with cash, net of Ws and tax of some £16.5mns. I firmly believe the shares could attract some interest and some upside due.

Pursuant to EGM held today several Directors on old Board ousted by a show of hands to make way for Mr A Meister as Exec Director and Mr F Giraudeau as a non exec Director. Now the hard task is convincing a sceptical "city" and pay off the old Directors pursuant to any compensation contract clauses for loss of office. Then deliver up on promisses. Mr R Downey Non exec D and Mr D Jendry also a non exec director make up the rest of the Company board.

Chief Exec Carl Turpin did just that, he bought up a further 100 of the issued shares taking his holdings to 4.1mln shares representing 9.96%. This bombed out share is prime material for hunters in this sector from both inside and out.

Results for the 28 weeks to 12th January throw up some very interesting new stuff. Dividends to be resumed, a nice windfall for Mr PG. Highlights include; Net Debt down 64% to £1.49Mns; Gross revenue at £23.53Mns; Earnings Per Share ("eps") 4.3p up 13% from 3.8p; Czech operations ahead of expectations. Although good set of results they are tinged with a forward looking statement suggesting that current trading is in line with market expectations, so sp should not perform that spectacular but a small correction needed.

Company has issued a current trading for the year ending 30th April 08. Full year revenues expected to be up 16.2% to £15.8Mns and 2nd half underlying operating profatibility up more than double. 2nd half numbers up 30% on 1st half of the year reflecting the increased number of won contracts and successful cross selling.

Has now received final grant payment of just over 219k euros from EC, this moves the March 05 news to conclusion under the Marie Curie TOK scheme.

A bullish statement has been released by the Board today indicating a the foundations for steady growth in 2008 have been laid. Good cash flow has afforded the dectrease in borrowings leading to repayments of £1.8mns to be made net debt now stands at £13.6mns. Next annual results to 31st Dec will be announced April.

Progress is being made with a number of PIM licensees, nearing closure and commencement of production of products. The Board now declare that that future strategy should be solely to license its technology for commercial applications and retain associated overheads necessary to promote the technology. The PIM process has noe gained a wider commercial acceptance using recycled materials and there is p[otential to further realise value from it. Company will either break even or come close. Director and CE Niall Mackay will be standing down from the Board. Mr Bill Widger and Bill Lopshire have retired and Mr Roger Baynham will become Managing Chairman with Mr Ken Brookes Executive Chairman, a new non exec will join as non other than Henry Bellingham MP. The new mix is alleged to be able to unlock the inherent potential within ENRT.
