Looks like predicted business as usual was a prophecy, god forbid. But SORL has to be worth a punt on long term rise. All recent Corporate news points to an upwatd sp hike. My opinion for what it is worth, is that SORL sp has more to travel.

City Equities has now passed on 10+millions shares to its clients and no longer holds a notifieable interest. 1.38p is now considered bottom fishing level.

The arrangements for the fundraising are in advanced talks with major shareholders, and will be subject to member approval at an extraordinary general meeting ("egm"), this looks a formality. Funds will be placed and provide working capital to advance production scheduled for late 2008. Buy back shares on persistent weakness.

Will be issuing shares at a discount to current sp.

Past Director holdings announcements now beginning to show their hands, a tussle for control of DOO looks in the offing. SP rise has much to do with past Corporate manouverings and rumour rather than sustained substantial buying.

Has raised some £3.5mns by issuing a further 5million ordinaries to institutions, on top of this has raised a further £406k by a mix of options and warrants. This renewed funding comes on the back of a fairly recent secondary offering, New funds will provide working capital and exploit new market opportunities and recent contract wins. The sp may well take a small hit until the true value of the funding can be exploited, but should recover and more in the long run..

www.supercasino.com will be launched within a year, thanks to the ever increasing user numbers and stake monies being laid on NPT's current live/interactive 24/7 360day live casino offerings, which have alleged to have increased 10 fold within the past year. Some days stake monies exceeded £1mns whereas a year ago the highest chieved was £100k. This Co is a great cash generative business and plans a new range of gaming offerings in the near futuire.

City Equities has now a holding of 9.83% after buying 12.77Miliion shares. At the current 1.38p mid, they have to be worth taking a medium term position.

Final building blocks being put into place now. With Laing O'Rourke, the Uk's largest privately owned construction Co. providing construction services looke like the Project will reap benefits to OAH, more leases being signed up to and heavy weights committed to setting up stalls in the complex. This project has been a long time in the planning and without its banana skins, but OAH presents great value at current levels.

Pre session trading has marked up this stock, taking into account the announcement of a £1mns contract, sp should weaken from current presenting a chance to buy in for future gains, not expecting anything stellar but some upside non the less.

All in all a fairly decent set of results. Turnover up around 9% but cost savings has boosted profits 60%+. Net Cash more or less the same but contains an exceptional gain on the sale of "land" which improved earnings Per Share ("eps") 82% but stripping out exceptional gain eps still managed a respectable 15% improvement. Numbers will be in the price but I would not be surprised to see the sp respond positively in future sessions after an early session weakening.

When the CEO buys a million shares in the Co topping up a holdings, you can be pretty sure he knows what is going on, and did not buy those shares just for the sake of it, looks to me like the sp has reached support level, follow suit is my opinion for some possible handsome profits.

Options been granted that can be converted into ordinaries at around 83p (CAD$1.66) at current $CAD/£ rate. Chief Exec was awarded 4Mns; President 200k; Fin/Chief Exec 350k; and other leading Directors aggregate 800k. As at 2nd April this Co had just under 520 mns Issued Share ("isc"). This demonstrates future confidence and puts the Directors on notice to perfrm. Has been a stellar performer over the last 8 months or so, my guess is that more upside longer term and a growth story continuing to develop.

As announced today, the reverse takeover of ENT will go ahead as offer documents being finalised. This stock should be an Evergreen story and augers well for the future tie up, with synergies and economies of scale the byword.

EPO is still undervalued on fundamentals. Having followed this stock for some time sp remains undervalued in my opinion.

Will be clearing £175K loan liability with Gilt Holdings Ltd byturning debt into equity, in addition Jasini International SA will subscribe for £220k, to provide BRP with working capital, taking its holdings to 13.2% and Gilt Holdings Ltd will increase its holding to 24.7% of the enlarged issued share cap ("isc") base. After the issue of the 39.5mn shares the total isc base will be almost166.65mns ordinaries.

Talks into a possible tie up between TPH and ECK have floundered, so I guess from here on in, it is "business" as usual.

Telephonetics has walked away from its discussions with ECK management for a possible buyout, however discussions are underway with other "interested" parties. There is an attractive business here despite its troubled past.

With the recently announceed tie up between EPO and Adobe this will put EPO amongst the top of the tree in this field. Full details included in rns released earlier today.

There is still time to buy into this stock, at bargain basement proces ahed of, divi 4.33p/share and Good Corporate offerings recently. My guess is a strong run up to divi registration deadline and then a tail off with a resultent run on the shares until the next "trough" .
