Confident Directors, by my interpretation, are backing the firm by buying more stock: Mr richard Horsman bought up 50k @ 49.5p/share and Director Sir John Wheeler purchases 10k @50p/share. They each hold 692+k and 50K shares respectively.

Very few surprises in the numbers after a challenging year, but make very pleasant reading. $2/£1. Highlights: Group T/O up 533% to £4.75Mns; Gross Profit up 1766% to £2.8Mns; Net Interest income of £3.05mns up 165%; Maiden Profit of £2.05 from previous negative £8.7Mns; Net assets up 7.8% to 88.7Mns. Long term appears to offer up good value at current levels.

Sun Hung Kai is taking up the slack from the fallout. It has taken a slice of the shares amount to 43.2 mns representing 13.51% of the issued shares.

London Stock Exchange shows these shares at .83p. If that is correct then a Client of Barclays holdings might be about to to make a move. There has been talk for ages that this Co was on its last legs, maybe, just maybe, there is some value here.

Hi wookie77. Not knowing what your trading strategy is, short longer day trader investor cfd mule etc etc etc. I have no idea what to suggest. Except follow honourable footprinters who impart good sound investmentinfo, tools to use to advantage, to you wherever you find them. I personally am a "penny share" investor and rarely trade except on a sure fired winner. If I miss the top or bottom 10% slice so be it, what comes around goes around. There are bargains to be found and undervalued stocks, footprints lead the way. I have left 4713 footprints since June 05, somewhere there might just be your answer !!!!!!

Hi gamcoles, thanks for your imput here. Having seen these shares move forward from 49p 23rd Nov, took profits at 98p. Will run remainder and top up on weakness. Current joldings set a stop loss at a generous 88p. I am still convinced that some Corporate news is coming our way regarding an offer for the Co or otherwise some indications of interest.

First thing I do is catch the official news announcements delivered at 7am by the London Stock Exchange, this is the primary source of Listed Corporate news, other research is carried out by the normal channels speaking to the guys in charge sometimes, letters and emails to Chairman and CEO, but they are a poor source of info as they will never give out anything that is not publicy available, those releases are picked up by the other news reporting services and it is precied and published, the LSE is spot on and there is no room for errors and they give it blunt, other agencies that report news can be a bit "iffy" as to when and if they publish, and rather tardy at times. Apart from that reading between the lines mostly and researching trades and substantial share holdings, along with other trading tools gleaned from years in the "business" . By registering free with the London Stock Exchange, one can get news as soon as it is published.

Has secured a £765k instigation contract with HSBC. This contract involves FSG designing and building a £multi million phase 2 programme, first phasewas designed to support HSBC,s didtribution channels for life, pensions and investment products. This further collaberation will assist financial planning managers in 2008.

This buyout was flagged up by Corporate insiders in March 07, what was not known then was the Chinese interested buyer, but the sp responded well, at the time it was alleged to be worthwhile investing in the shares, should history repeat itself, then the sky is the limit with these shares, I for one cannot see any obsticles nor any member objections to the deal..

Those that took advantage last Thursday and bought at around 16 8/16ths now have the chance to lock in those profits on over 100% gain, consider selling half holdings running remainder at no cost, still very much an undervalued stock at current levels, profits can be churned to top up on any future sessions weakness.

Appears that we may have seen the best for this morning's session. Lock in some decent profits and come back in on any weakness run rest of stock for an exciting sp ride.

Corporate news released by the regulatory authority today, suggests that the Costayaco-2 in the Chaza block,Putumayo Basin, Colombia, has been tested and has a combined maximum flow of 6k barrels of oil per day from 119 feet. SORL has a 50% interest in this facility. The bana skin is the transportation trucking issue, however measures are being taken to alleviate these asap. Costayaco-1 continues to produce 3.5k bopd. Drill Report out today gives more technical analysis which is well worth a read.

Loan Notes held by Penta amounting to £7mns will be converted to ordinaries at 1.1p/share, a premium to current share price, along with these loan facilities being exchanged, interest on those notes £800k annually will be waived. This will leave Penta with a 49.99% of the enlarged ordinaries. A further £8.4mns in loan notes can be converted at a price of 1.5p/ordinary a whopping 150% of current sp.This is "a significant agreement with Penta, and continues the fundamental turnaround over the past 18 months".

Time to use those profits by taking a position at 9 8/16ths. Share Price underpinned by Corporate manouverings, top side 12p and above for now. Even an Asset Stripper can get 10p/share diluted.

Past followers and new investors can capitalise on the future fortunes here. Lock in profits when presented. Current stop loss set at a generous 48p

There are synergies here, and it could be that VLR could fit in well, the Sheffield new plant could absorb VLR's offerings easily and a seamless mesh possible. The take out price on any offer, and an offer is just one of a number of shareholder enhancement strategies beeing explored, will have to be very close to the nav for the Directors to recommend it. The recent losses are not that dire. Maybe the Directors are geeing up the market to get a true sp in the marketplace. But I am inclined to support the case of ITM as a suitor. We are in very much unchartered territory with these stocks but they all hold out hope and long term promisses.
