Re 27th Sept, Co has put meat on the bones regarding the loan Notes and conversion of warrants. Has issued £750k of 2007 Convertible Loan Stock ("cls"), with a zero coupon until 31st Dec, then 10% coupon thereafter. The cls can be converted into ordinaries at a price of 31p/new ordinary up to maturity date 30th June 2008. This concludes the current fund raising. Additionally 1.035 millions Ordinaries have been issued pursuant to the exercise of Warrants on 31st Oct at a price of 31.5p/share, raising £326k. This news will hit the sp causing a dip, but new funds will be wisely used leading to longer term sp enhancement.

UBS Investment bBank confirms to the market, that it was responsible for the heavy volumes being traded, by announcing that it has accumulated just under 16% of the issued shares. This % represents a control over 9.9Millions. More accumulation will follow, DOO is now well and truly in the sights of a stalker.
