Share price has over reacted to the release that Richard Trevillion has left the Co with mutual understanding. Jim Murray will become Exec Chairman until a replacement to RT can be found.

After years of losses this minnow has returned to ptofits, albeit £55k from a previous £320k Loss after a 35% increase in turnover. However there are sector restraints on turnover so Co is cautious but optomistic about the future, and states the previous positives will be stifled. A major shareholder has been quietly increasing its stake here, so any share price weakness is underscored. Could be one to tuck away at current 2.38p levels.

Hi debbie. That was very perceptive then back in March 07. My guess is that new investors seeing the sharp rise this session may be wishing history repeats itself. We shall see !!!! This Co is winging it and it better luck than judgment if the share price delivers up any appreciable gains short term. The only hope is for a rescue package.

It's all kicking off now between a tripartite squabble for control. QA-IQ Holdings Ltd; XPG; and PTY (footprinted there already but "click" on PTY news for full blow by blow). Looks like this deal is going to get somewhat muddied.

As the terms of the potential offer contains conditions and has not been recommended by the Board, best to lock in those profits, and let the market squabble over the finer details. The Co has successfully raised 37Mns net, this is a great achievement in the current harsh Corporate environment, an indication perhaps that this Co is well perceived by the "city". Once the additional shares and uncertainty have been absorbed, could present a great buying opportunity on continued growth.

The offer of £1.50 values XPG at around £9Mns. But in my book undervalues XPG by at least £1.5Mns, based on forward eps/pe projections. Board of XPG is being encouraged to recommend the £1.50 all cash offer. Share price will open very strong this session with the possibility it will breach the offer price, presenting the opportunity to cash out holdings and come back in on the downturn.

A full cash offer has been mooted by QA-IQ Investments Ltd Consideration is £1.50/share. Full 21 page RNS released today. The offer is conditional, but conditions will not frustrate the offer going ahead after shareholder approval.

Hi chan. Conspicuous by one's absence for sure, echoed by boredmum on GENERAL CHAT 26th July. However, large buys recently in this stock may point the way to increased shareholder value. Past Corporate news and buying suggests that this is one more stock that has been unjustly pummled in the recent wave of general stock market weakness and showing signs of recovery as more and more Directors begin to buy into stocks.

It will comprise an Asset sale or a hiving off of subsidiaries. Often this entails turning the Co into a cas shell leaving the existing membership intact to exploit its cash equivalent newly acquired assets to change direction and so turn the Co around.

The share price should perform very well today, little surprised by the lack of interest, but these shares are a steal at current prices. Talks of a possible takeover are at an advanced stage. And even so there is a re-organisation underway, which in itself should deliver up shareholder value. "city" is a little miffed at the divi being cancelled though. Let the dust settle and consider taking a position with this undervalued stock in my humble opinion based on past Corporate news offerings.
