Under AIM rules an AIM plc must have a NOMAD or its shares must be suspended, however the lse has stepped in to appoint a NOMAD in the interim. The unsettled share price should recoup downturn soon.

ABN AMRO have advised the market of a 27.54% Direct holding in the stock or 74.72Mns of isc. Wonder who will reap the benefit of increase shareholder value as primissed by the Board in its ongoing re-structure?

Mr Stephen Brunnock notifies the company that his holdings has changed to 3.36% representing 1.375Mns of the isc.... Do not speak too soon or this significant shareholder may take flight.

Has not received wide coverage as yet. The deal announced today gives holders of SORL the chance to get into GTE at a price which values each SORL share at some £2.50 at current tsx price per share of GTE. The combined venture will have assets exceeding 15,000 barrels of oil/day and combined value of near £700mns. proven reserves of 18.4Mboe with a combined land stock of 6.2 million acres (all these figures are advance assessments as contained in 6 page RNS today). My opinion is the share price of SORL offers up potential for plenty of upside.

The funds that ENK paid over for the purchase of Natasa Mining Ltd, making a dent of £19.5Mns in the coffers of ENK resulting in the horrendous share price drop, will now be withdrawn from the escrow account pending settlement in October. The purchase of NM provides ENK with a useful exposure to nickel assets in the Philippines.

The trade was probably an overhang from the options and Issue of new shares last Friday.

With Gran Tierra Energy has now been concluded and signed. Both will hold a joint investor conference today at 11am. This deal will strengthen the exposure to the South American resource wealth. Worth tucking a few away.

With Azini 1 increasing its holdings here on 25th July to just under 25% by snatching control of a further 170+k shares increasing control over 8.1mns isc. The recent lull in all property related shares presented Azini 1 with the buying oppoertunity it was obviously looking for. Follow this buying trend for possibly a sudden increase in shareholder value.

200k shares were bought back at 10p each to be held in treasury. There are now over 1mns held in treasury and 40mns isc.

This stock has been overlooked for a while. Share price has drifted with general market negative sentiment. But looking at the large trades recently, looks like someone has seen this as a continued buying opportunity, uptick this session suggests the recent large volumes could well have pre-empted some share holder value uptick.

As if "on cue". Barclays as Nominee holders have notified the Co just after session closed yesterday (classic 5pm drop story) that they have an indirect holding increased from 0% to just over 5% representing 4.6Mns isc. As suspected 10th June, my guess is those recent sells have been Barclays quietly mopping up stock, there is no way Barclays has accumulated this stock by other meens, the market does not show anywhere near that volume of trading. Might be a good idea to follow this "blink" at current levels. I will be surprised if the share price Monday session does not show some liveliness !!!

As a post script. I have respectfully asked both Firebird/ Mr Passin on three occasions to offer up reasons behind their investment in MMS and asked them to comment on any concerns on the share price retraction, and whether or not they are still supportive of the current MMS management. So far they have declined to respond.

Renewed banking facities in place, however they will be reviewed in the coming few months. Time to lock in a bit of profit running remainder and perhaps buy in on weakness on churned funds.
