Co has expressly stated that it intends to grow both organically and by acquisitions and has stated that Media pro with its 61.5% holding intends to import Assets etc into MRM. The transactions expressed by the Board are alleged to improve shareholder value, in my mind the current share price is underpinned. The current retail and weak market sentiment is impinging on the share price, but I believe this Co will ride out the storm and deliver up a prifitable investment.
