The efficient market theory, that is, all known information is in the price, has been thrown out with the bath water. It is clear that neither the original alleged $1Bns resource nor the alleged fund raising is in the price otherwise the share price would be trading at much higher levels. What is in the share price however is the past decline in commodity resource price. MMs share price has mirrored the fall in Zinc Lead price. But there is a twist here. Uranium is beginning to sound like the preferred choice for future power stations and this is where MMs has a part to play because it is alleged to have the natural resource that can neutralise the Uranium waste. Like so many tiddlers this Co started out in the boom time, now it is about to produce in the depression. Not good when you want to hand around a begging bowl and "on -board" alleged savvy institutrional investors have seen the value of their invested r funds drop by more than 80%.

Hi boredmum. My guess is that the scoping study, will reveal that resource possible value has been reduced to less than £250Mns. With cash in hand of say £1Mns. MMS will probably try to raise between £10 and £15Mns.

I cannot help myself from explaining how followers of MMS have been taken on a merry old dance, me included, , despite protestations from the likes of "no names mentioned". with his "I have contacted them and they assure me of this that and the other" Total crud this Company could not deliver 12 noon on time!!!! . I tried to explain the shortcomings and possible delays from information I had available, but was, unfortunately bemused by the categorical ascertions that the scoping study was ready for public consumption, absolute tosh! . My guess is that the delay has been caused by the gathering together of paperwork regarding a massive secondary offering in order to raise the finance to get the mines operative. Further to OCS's 5th Feb announcement. Since then OCS has increased its presence here by a further 9.329Mns shares taking its interest in the issued shares to 24.139Mns representing 12.01% of the ordinaries...

Clarification. Ah yes I can see where the valuation is. But the only cash element is 1p/BLUE share in cash, the rest is in new WHI shares. The value of 9.66p/share was the theoretical value at that point in time. It has no bearing on the value of blue shares as at today. Should the offer have been made today the value of BLUe shares would be 9.41p. There had to be a reference point for Circular purposes. Once the deal goes through, should it go through in the months to come BLUE shareholders could possibly lose out big time if WHI shares continue their recent underperformance. Or they could significantly rise should there be another offer on the table presented..

With WHI shares looking decidedly weaker on each session. The deal for BLUE/EVOL shareholders looks weaker. Unless the market can be convinced WHI share price can deliver up longer term shareholder value, then the deal looks very poor. At current WHI sp at 70.5p BLUE shares on the takeover are valued at 9.41p each and sliding.... The offer is very finely balanced indeed. At the current state of flux BLUE shares will not reach anywhere near 9.66p unless WHI share price pulls its socks up..EVOL could turn the tables upside down if it so wanted to choose, it has the majority stake in BLUE.

Along with Director buying, there is a lot of Institutional activity going on since then. This stock has to be a very much underated and undervalued stock available. With a lot of hidden talent on the share register lurking..

In the period leading up to making a Takeover announcement not a "possible takeover", the bidder prepares its strategy, this may take days, weeks or months. For a recommended bid, this is the period in which negotiations between bidder and target boards will take place. There is nothing the Takeover panel can do to intervene until a formal offer is made. So far we have only possible takeover talks taking place as announced 26th August. As long as Listing Rules are complied with, members just have to sit it out and adjudge for themselves what a fair and reasonable offer would likely to be...

There were the usual flurry of "6 liner" reporting of the deal in the financial sections of the popular press yesterday, just confirming the "sudden" offer and terms, but most missed the EVOL connection. But most reporting read well skewed to the positive positive...

Now that the Court has sanctioned the CUR "scheme of arrangement" Not really sure where AVCT goes from here. It now has inherited all CUR's previous problems but now has possible problems of its own, it will have costs involved in making CUR more streamlined and associated costs. Not that sure all the messing around was worth it. But time will tell.. Schemes of arrangement are not flavour of the day at the moment, testimony, WTN/CBM, BLUE/WHI et al et al...

There will be other outfits looking in, that may want BLUE's client base. It is certain that WHI's offer is opportunistic and a revenge attack for BLUE's audacious attempt to capture WHI last April. The members will have the final say. But any white knight or an improved offer is some way off yet. Most undertakings die away if a new improved or alternative offer is put on the table as the undertakings only apply to a specific set of offer terms...There is still potential upside room to manouver here "on paper"..
