Novera Energy's long-term plan to become a significant provider of renewable energy in the UK appears to have fallen out of favour with investors - they are worried about the availability of credit for its projects. I think your advfn footprint is a bit unfair in view of the effort that has been put into the research over the years. Daintree Resources Ltd has increased its holdings to 9.2% after acquiring 200,000 shares. This announcement was made at 16.27 today just before close of session. The timing is slightly unusual. DRLtd now holds 2.722Mns of the issued shares.

Have not misrepresented anything. Represented the facts as bourne out by the Corporate releases and market sentiment. The market has increased the share price 100% and no doubt the tabloids may well pick up on the fact and may possibly offer up a different version. I think everyone has read the rns and can draw their own minds up. All as I can say it has been a good profitable ride since delivering the news here recently.

I fully understand the situation. The market has marked up the shares on sentiment not me. The shares have doubled as I said they would. I have posted twice the full rns and it is there for all to read and interpret.

Looks like no offer is forthcoming. However certain divisions have the for sale board still swinging..The Co is no longer in an offer period according to the Board today..

There are not that many companies about that have a market cap near to the cash position, least of all those valued at under a £milln. There has been interest shown in this tiddler in the past and the Board have recently stated potential offers have been rebuffed as they do not fully appreciate the future potential. My guess is that Board has investment targets lined up. And even so this Co is a great target for any private Co wanting a stock market listing on the cheap.

On a current share price of .0055 up 100% on the session market cap is around £668,000. This now covers the cash proceeds from the sale. And builds in a bit of potential cash shell reverse takeover interest. The market is aware of third party interest shown here.

There is more upside still to come. This stock will have the cash windfall sitting in its bank account by this time next week. It will then be a cash shell ripe for a reverse takeover..

Stick with it. The meeting to ratify the deal is early next week. This Co will be cash rich beyond current market cap.
