Today the sp opened at 3.25p at the moment the sp is 7.75p. In my book that is a tidy profit, with possibly more to come. But take profits when presented. This looks like being a scheme of arrangement and BLUE shareholders will be selling out of one morribund Company into another underperformer. Without a substantial cash element looks like the offer price depends entirely on the sp performance of WHI, so on paper you pays your money you takes your choice. EVOL too have their shares marked up 22% or so and their shareholders will end up owning some of WHI. Take profits when presented. WHI has been a consistent underperformer.

BLUE shareholders, should they choose to accept, will be offloading their stock from one rubbish performer into another rubbish performer that looks like hitting the skids in the months to come. EVOL likewise. No-one these days is interested in schemes of arrangements. A full cash offer would be the best option, but no BLUE investors will end up owning another underperforming morribund outfit. I would be inclined to take the money in the market on any upside from here...

If this offer was in cash, which it isn't the share price would be showing a near 200% rise, but it isn't. It looks like the deal will be done by way of a scheme of arrangement with only 1p/share in cash, the remainder being in WHI shares. The whole value of the deal rests with the sp of WHI retaining its 72.5p/share value. All the fuss and excitement is wasted energy. What will happen is that there will now be a proposition put to the BLUE members and should they agree to accepting the WHI offer terms the Courts will be required to sanction the deal as well if the scheme of arrangement is the course taken..

There is still time to take advantage of the sp disparity to that on offer. At current valuations the merger/takeover value blue at £16.2Mns around 10p/share. Although not all in cash the terms look attractive.. But what is for sure, this may turn out to be a very exciting session...

Looks like there are no other interested parties. So there are only two choices and a further option . Cash in your profits and settle for 5.25p/share and pay broker fees or wait to see if potential offers is carried through, in which case you will get the 5.5p/share cash without incurring broker fees. Or you can take a gamble in the hope that any potential offer becomes recommended but at a higher price. I takes profits when presented as they cannot be taken away and can be used sooner elsewhere...

Indications show that any offer will be pitched at around 5.5p/share. Elder Pharmaceuticals FZCO wants to increase its holdings from 21% to between 50 & 60%...
