There are others though that have entrusted their life savings with Financial Planning Companies letting their Clients know slowly...Ehhr yes we are significanty down on your portfolio but expect it will recover...oh n this is a good time to invest for newbies...

If you look at the Crest Nicholson Board...It apppears Divis can be cancelled anytime ( if I am interperating this correctly and aplogies up front if I am not )
The yield at this SP is extremely high ....albeit I can see why people would risk buying at this low SP level just for the Divi.
I am a shareholder and want to avearge down and potentially collect the April Dividend on the way but will not if Divi or No Divi becomes clearer ??????

In terms of you're lock down fresh air and excercise has always been integral in medical recovery hasnt it and why should that not be the case overnight. Indeed I am sure it played a big part in your incredibly speedy recovery last year from youre low point in Spring...
