Doyezee, there will be well over 200 million shares being issued in less than 3 weeks at 23p, so the price isn’t going to move much from that until the placing and open offer is finalised. At that point the SP will fluctuate depending on any news that the company issue ( or as in recent times, on lack of news). Indications are that there are some large orders ready to be signed once this fund raise is complete. If that turns out to be the case, and I believe it will, then the SP should rise significantly.
Cereal-killer - basically if you currently hold shares you will get the option to buys shares at 23p in the open offer. 3 share options for every 20 shares you currently hold. You can apply for more than your allocated number of shares if you want to as “excess shares”, again at 23p each although you aren’t guaranteed to get all or any of the excess shares you apply for (depends on overall demand).
Allocations of OO options should start to be issued today.
Yes I listened to it. As I’ve got a significant holding in Kazera (as well as the Tectonic interest) it’s disappointing that Brett thinks there is plenty of work still to do in order to get the permit. On the flip side, he acknowledges that there is a lot of potential upside once they get that and get moving, particularly when they get onto the much larger “exploration area”. That will be good for both companies. I’m hoping he is being pessimistic on the licence as Kazera have said target is to get it by end of April (which admittedly looks unlikely at this point).
Should be a bit of an update on Specimen Hill next week, probably on Monday. I believe White Energy are keen to start getting a shift on there now and make progress in the shortest possible time. Hopefully if that happens it will at least enable the SP to hold on to recent gains, although might not be enough to push it much higher at this point.
Well apparently there was an investor call earlier this week, so that may have stoked some interest. Think broker VSA have been active behind the scenes. Also could be delayed reaction to the recent results - SP should not have fallen as far as it did IMO.
Kazera SP also well up recently, so could be something moving on the licence there.
According to the RNS last week, the 3.2% or 30million “shares” that Align/Jennings retain are financial instruments, being with Spreadbet. Not sure the implications of that or why AMS haven’t acquired them at this point but today’s RNS indicates that the deal is concluded (although slightly ambiguous), so we’ll have to see how that develops.
“Invinity Energy Systems plc Short-Term Warrants
3,903,768 have been sold since 22 September 2023.”
Hope1815, where did you get this figure and what date is it up to? As at RNS on 1 Nov, they had circa 14.4 million short term warrants outstanding. I was expecting an update to that figure on 1 Dec but it would be interesting and positive if a significant number have been converted to date.
I think toneman makes an interesting point. I think there is a reasonable chance that the likes of Schroders and some other insti investors may very well convert their warrants more or less regardless of the share price. Some private shareholders might too but SP would need to be a lot closer to 50p for me to do it - probably 45p+ which I would hope it will be anyway.
Unfortunately the (IMO unwarranted) worry about fund raising is really holding us back so need at least one strategic investor in place asap.
This could be very big indeed. Siemens Energy announce project with 160MWh battery energy storage. Although they don’t mention vanadium or Invinity, to me, this is exactly why Siemens Gamesa/Energy got involved with Invinity on Mistral
“Siemens Energy will deliver the first-ever hybrid grid stabilization and large-scale battery storage plant at Shannonbridge in Ireland.
The proven synchronous condenser technology uses a generator with a flywheel connected …the synchronous condenser provides power reserve, which instantly compensates for frequency fluctuations and strengthens the stability of the grid.
At the same time, a large-scale battery energy storage system can store or release excess renewable energy when it is needed. It provides a solution to maximize use of renewable energy, even when the wind is not blowing and with a capacity of around 160MWh the battery energy storage could supply around 9500 households with power for a full day.”

Not many of us left janalan. Would sure be good to get some news that reverses the downward trend. Could be a few months of waiting yet though.
Be good to get another update, particularly from Specimen Hill.
Any possible revenue from Whale Head Minerals pushed back until at least Q1 2024.
Definitely and I reckon it’s linked to whoever picked up 5million shares a week or so ago. I was sure share price was held back for those trades and this may be a continuation of that. If those large trades are by the same party then they will soon have to show their hand with a holding RNS.
Hoping they let the SP go asap, should have easily gone back through 50p on DoE news IMO
Having not received any payment from Xinjian since July, there are two possible scenarios IMO. First, Xinjian are trying to get the next payment together and have told Kazera that it will be paid in the near future (hopefully by a specific date). Second, Xinjian haven’t given any such undertaking in which case Kazera needs to accept that they probably aren’t going to be able to make the remaining payments and need to pursue other options.
My gut says it’s the first one and we will get some news on that in the next couple of weeks but my gut does have a checkered track record..
2 million share transaction just gone through. If it’s a buy then my theory of an II trying to accumulate under the radar and at an artificially held down low price still holds. 2 million to the 3million the other day would keep them handily just under the 3% figure that would require them to issue an RNS and show their hand. So they can add a few more before the price is allowed to rise. Coincidence? Anyway, it’s a theory, time will tell whether it’s nonsense or a good call.
Well the circa 3million share buy on Friday hasn’t been reversed as far as I can see, so must have been a genuine buy. Judging by the price action, I’m guessing that they haven’t finished buying so price is being held low and we’ll see another chunk go through in next few days. If that happens then they will probably go through 3% and have to do a holdings RNS.
I could be wrong but that’s why I think the SP has fallen rather than risen after the Everdura RNS which was undeniably positive. So I’m taking the opportunity to add in the hope/ belief that SP will rise imminently.
It will be very useful if they have managed to get this message across to potential investors and customers on their US and Canada tour over the last few weeks. I’m sure they have to some extent at least.
Still signposting orders for for this quarter, and probably a decent amount of them which is what happened last year too. That could (I hope) be the catalyst for a significant SP rally.
No hint of doubt that Mistral is happening next year or that it will be a game changer.
Half year results towards end of September- it’s not about the results themselves but the updates that come with them, including an updated pipeline.
Larry and VSA (Andrew Monk) are in NY doing the tour of potential investors and generally banging the drum for LDES. Whether the tour extends to potential strategic partners and customers is less clear but it’s got to be a fair chance it does.
