I can't add up. I put 1 too many 0s in the calculation. Stand down everyone. Total is 31M 1.56%.
DYOR2 - that will take the total to 4.04% total !
Current aggregated shares is sitting at 25.5 Million shares or 1.28%. Not bad for a weeks work, but nowhere near 5%.

If this is voted down, will the dividends be back on the table for 2023, I wonder?
If the price drops, after a no vote, I will definitely get more and hold for a few more years - maybe dependant on whether the board stays ? So many questions…
asimple - not yet. He can always go ANON or leave blank - but I doubt this will reach 5%. However, board members may want to revisit this (potentially) if and when we get towards a July AGM again if CRS don't succeed with whatever they are up to..
Here is the HUR list of PIs contributed. Its open for Edit, and add as necessary. This takes it off the forum & it may prove useful going forwards. Names are not necessary - some could remain Anon.

Thats the idea - but if you look at my spreadsheet, we could do something similar on google excel, if I can work out how to do it?
Oldman - if you wanted to gain >5% from PIs we would need 100M shares between us which is pretty large, but not impossible. I'm not so sure we have enough active bods on this forum to come close, but maybe others could advise from last years AGM discussions. Anyways, over at WEN (which I mentioned weeks ago) where there is a potential TO on the table, PIs did manage to get a sizable "no" consensus by using the following spreadsheet. This is something we could attempt, I would suggest:

current Ask has dropped a little to 31p - isn't today the deadline for voting? News must be on its way this week on next steps?
Looking better after 4pm. Lots of buys - dare I suggest news is on its way tomorrow?
Interesting points. This would make for another most entertaining AGM in June don't you think?
Unbelievable news. Maybe there's more in this than 32.5p. Don't SELL...
Regarding this thread on any potential sale, anyone interested could learn from Wentworth Resources (WEN) who have recommended a sale to Mauriel & Prom in December cash offer at 32.5p per share (from 25p on date the RNS was released). The interesting part is happening now that the Shareholders have voted, and is still likely to take 3-6 months under takeover panel rules. Head over to the website and watch the CEO explain the transaction. The "long stop" date on this WEN Transaction is 31 December 2023, (12 months) however the operations are abroad and require Government approval. So, my guess would be any takeover would require months, maybe Quarters!
No 1 for me
The main message was relayed back in the Crystal Amber RNS of 11 November 22. So, I am not expecting anything in February 2023. This, I assume is Q4 2022 to 31st March isn't it?
This stated:
"In the Hurricane Announcement, the Hurricane Board stated that in the event that the formal sale process does NOT result in a transaction, it intends to commence a significant capital return programme with UP TO $70 million (equivalent to 3.1p per Hurricane share at CURRENT exchange rates) to be returned to shareholders in Q1 2023, upon completion of a capital reduction by Hurricane which would require the approval of Hurricane shareholders and confirmation by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales"
So, the Scheme document is now published and votes are ready for the Court Meeting in February. Reading the document, it says that 2/3 shareholders votes are required to sanction the acquisition. If successful Wentworth will delist from AIM 21 days after the Court Meeting. What's the view on here? Is this a done deal?

Yes you are right. Phil Corbett Investor Relations at Jadestone Energy. My memory is terrible.
Someone else on here rang him up & he hung up on them. I think it was around the time of last years AGM when everything was coming to the boil. Looks like I can't find the company name. Seems he's lobbying for british farmers now..
Didn't Stobie turn up at another company last year & Sense rang him up on his mobile number? I can't recall the company name, but I checked out the website at the time.
