I take a 1g Effervescent Vitamin C supplement every night just before brushing my teeth at beddy bye time.
Very rarely get a cold (probably 1 in every 3 years). I put it down to this. Also feel like I have slightly more energy the next day. Tried different ones but my favourite is Tesco's Lemon and Lime (also available in orange and I think blackcurrant - 3 for the price of 2 normally. Probably made in China.
