I hope for shorting to be banned in the UK in the not too distant future.
I don’t have any stop losses in place. Not advisable on AIM IMO.
Didn’t see the SP drop to the teens recently until the trading session had stopped for the day. Wouldn’t have acted anyway.
I also hope that the MM’s are monitored better in the future. There is making money and there is pure greed and dishonesty.
What should also be addressed is the over reaction by the MM’s on neutral or no news RNS’s. They don’t seem to be too keen on moving the SP up the same way on good news and if they do they will probably claw a lot of it back a few days later in a lot of cases. Unregulated.
I used to think that a share pice moved purely on buys and sells. How wrong was I. It should be don’t you think?
