Have you looked at the Aussie stocks? Mining is massive over there ATM and the Aussie mining stocks have done really well.
I guess the key is to buy before a company gets noticed or to buy when there is an overreaction on an SP drop whilst always remembering that you are buying into the company and not the SP. Doesn't matter what the SP is if the company is rubbish.
Other than than that, day trade if you have the time. You are too busy working to day time trade PL75 :-)
