I fully agree with this. Added 137500 shares this morning at 16.25p.

With 15% premium to this in 6 months with still a rival bid a string possibility I feel the risk is very low.

I’ve been continually buying over various price points and have around 800k shares, I try to buy the story and not the price. I can certainly see the price doubling and more in reasonable short time but we need a roadmap from the board and clarity on offtake and any offers that are on the table

We need to see some pathway by the board. My only hope is that they are in closed period and cat release anything until confirmed. This should be flying.

5toamillion, I wouldn’t say it’s too late to sell to Assore, it’s highly likely they will take it due to then now owning a third of the company but I agree it will be low offer if rat is not completed soon.

I feel someone has just said F*ck it and dumped all their holdings. Had a big effect on SP. I feel that the SP is irrelevant just now as it’s either going to jump on Ratification or disintegrate on no RAT.

As others have said, Africa takes time and although I feel this will be painful in the short term there is nothing that is negative towards Ghana to make this work.

Just wish these clowns would get on with it though….

Do we really know what’s happening?

A week ago there was positivity that NDC had achieved a clear majority even though it’s been said that they would want to renegotiate license. This week we read an article and it’s all lost however we already knew about it??

I remain significantly invested here based on the quality of the project, the strong buying by Assore and a belief that this is good for Ghana.

Am i wrong? Who knows but I do know that only time will tell.

So it seems like Bagbin has been pushed back with his decision to rule the 4 seats vacant. Seems that there are rumblings of parliament to resume as early as late next week?

My question is where is Atlantic’s ratification in the list of proceedings and how long do we have in session to get this ratified before elections?

I believe this to be positive. The placing is around the current share price with a minimal discount.

SP tomorrow, expect no real movement, perhaps a dip to current placing price but certainly not free fall. I would have been more worried if the company had to offer a massive discount to attract institutional investors into the game. Doesn’t appear necessary

I would say that by being peaceful there is more chance they can get on with the job of the party. Goodness knows when the Ratification is due to be looked at but let’s hope some order can be brought about this week and then progress

Not all MP’s of the opposition were against the mine. Most of the majority were for so the odds are positive. With ALL passing everything so far the hope is this will be passed swiftly.
