Were the products in the old site regulated? No. They were in the grey, where a lot of fintech companies companies operate. This is the key, the regulated part.

Using the names of big institutions that might suggest a less risky investment can’t happen. The certificates are also unregulated products, not useful to include them now.

This is to comply to the regulatory compliance the VLRM has to work too in their regulated space. QGP has to tow that same line

Regulation is key. Claiming links with brands like Lloyd’s, JP Morgan etc is frowned upon by the regulators. Likewise, your earlier question about product terms no longer featuring, this is also regulation.

QMTN’s are a regulated products. The certificates were not.

So the site has changed to meet the regulatory demands that QGP must comply too.

I have a fairly good understanding of regulations and how they are enforced.
