NaG, I know it disappoints you when someone says something positive about VLRM but we are still in a good place. There will be a deal in place with QGP OR we get the shares back.

I think there will be a deal around cash and VGold with less shares to QGP.

The issue here is that you, NaG, Isthisacu*t etc are stating untruths.

The market doesn’t agree that it’s a dead duck today.

VLRM have been focusing on developing its position in the RWA tokenisation space for the past couple of years and the results of that work are still in place.

QGP and VLRM are currently negotiating a “definitive agreement” and QGP have put their shares on the table in the event that a new agreement can’t be reached. I’m sure a deal around VGold can be arranged with some cash thrown in.

Let’s see how the share arrangement sits after that. But as far as I can see, we are still in a good place.

There won’t be a $3.9m payment due in June.

There will be a new, “definitive agreement” in place by the end of this month, as per the RNS.

QGP have effectively given their shares back at this point until that agreement is in place.

I suspect tbd agreement will be more focused on VGold.

Now, if we believe VLRM have been working hard for the past 2 years, we still have to believe that RWA tokenisation is coming and that the company remains well positioned in that space.
